Purchased a bracelet two years ago it is his tarnished supposedly sterling silver. Brought to Tiffany's and Aventura, Florida and they wanted to charge me $80 to clean it. Be careful buying their jewelry as the quality is not what you're paying for the customer service was very poor. Will never buy from them again. read more

Yesterday, we were downstairs having Breakfast at Tiffany's at the OTL. Our server, Wendy, kindly suggested going upstairs to view Tiffany's after we finished eating. I wasn't feeling well (had nothing to do with my delicious food), so my daughter went upstairs to see all the beautiful things. It's an Instagrammet's dream. Review is for the Holiday Pop Up Cafe down the street. You can now have Breakfast at Tiffany's in Miami, or lunch. In the OTL cafe location the menu is simple but diverse. They have pastries, avocado toast and more. Extensive beverage selection. The cinnamon roll was divine and the croissant melts in your mouth. Had the Salmon toast and the bread was crispy and a nice size. They made a hot chocolate for our Audrey girl and I had the Tiffany Latte. The cups are ceramic and have the Tiffany logo. We had a great time going to miami district this is a cute pop up shop of tiffany and co the coffee was delicious and the baked goods also vegan and gluten free we went really early in the morning to avoid waiting to be seated we also enjoyed the weather that was beautiful the second floor had their merchandise purses jewelry and tiffany iconic items. Would try to go since it's only until the 31st of january 2022 parking was easy on the street. just go early and you should be good. read more

A very "relaxed" store I had to open my own door because the doorman was entertained taking to a female sales rep. I have to say never in any Tiffany that I've ever been to in the world have I had this experience I think this Tiffany store in design district needs to up their customer value. I do need to come in and clean my jewelry so I'll be back. We'll see if it improves the next time I come around. read more

We came in looking for an engagement ring and met Anna . Legitimately the best customer service I've ever experienced. She knows gemology like nobody's business. I think she even had a masters in that subject. She was patient, friendly and took the best care of us you can imagine. I can not say this for all of the sales ladies in the store. I came in one Friday to get my ring sizes and since Anna was busy I went to get help from another lady who I had to pull away from her phone to help me and reluctantly she came over but when I told her I just needed to get my ring sizes she pulled an attitude and started trying different mens rings on my fingers in a rude manner guesstimating..Anna raced over and brought the ring measuring tool and kindly took over the process since I was there to see her originally anyway. This Tiffany is truly terrible. I've taken in 2 of my charm bracelets twice. The first time, it was one charm bracelet that needed enamel repaired on 2 charms, plus a charm soldered on the 2nd bracelet. There was a lot of miscommunication regarding this service order. I was told 3-4 weeks as an ETA, it ended up taking 7. Zero follow up on their end, I had to call THEM. They called me at week 6 and said they didn't have the enamel for one of the charms, so they could either leave it as-is or scrape the enamel off so it was just all silver. I told them scrape it off. Imagine my surprise when I got the bracelet and it was fixed. While that was a nice surprise, I was expecting something different. They also put enamel on a charm that I did not tell them to put enamel on. I told them twice I didn't want the enamel repaired on this charm, it was flawless. They put more enamel over it anyway. This second time, I just needed ONE charm on ONE bracelet. I was told 3-4 weeks. Because of my terrible experience last time, I had the Store Director's email address. I emailed her at week 4, radio silence. I just emailed her again (week 5) and the email bounced back. Triple-checked the card she gave me, I had the correct email address. So I called. After being on hold for 10 minutes, they tell me that it has been ready since 2 and a half weeks ago (so 3 and a half weeks after dropping it off), and they emailed me. I said no, I didn't receive an email. They repeat the email address back to me and it's the correct one. This store's employees have zero attention to detail. I will be going to the Merrick Park one from now on. What would have happened if I didn't call? My bracelet certainly wasn't one of their more expensive ones, but would it have been sitting there forever? Long story short: STAY AWAY. read more

This shop remains consistently clean and fresh; service oriented; and the changing inventory makes every visit like a day at a museum. Most happily, I recently became aware of a limited edition piece that perfectly suited my style and artistic sensibility. My husband and I went to this store on November 27th, 2020 to pick a gift for my birthday. As we walked and I mentioned that I wanted a matching sterling silver set, the gentleman has changed his tone right away and indicated that they are only selling gold and diamonds at this location. However, a week prior to that I've seen the items that I wanted on the second floor of this store. When I mentioned that to him, he simply walked out to the back room without saying a work. We stood and waited, but nobody would come out and help us. I felt terrible how I was treated. That shouldn't happen to anyone. I love Tiffany & Co, but the treatment I received at this store was terrible. My partner gave me a Tiffany necklace for Xmas and it broke about a week after he gave it to me. I hadn't used it much and he noticed it laying broken around my neck as we were having lunch last week. It didn't upset me because I thought that, not only it would have come with warranty, but also that Tiffany would provide great costumer service and fix it. We went to this store at the Design District and when I showed the broken necklace to the sales professional, she already jumped to the conclusion that I had "pulled" it and, therefore, it broke. I said it wasn't what happened and she said that there was nothing that she could do, as it wasn't a defect of the necklace(?). I asked what she was implying and she said that it is a delicate piece and that wearing it for a month probably caused it. So I corrected her by saying that I NEVER said I had worn it for a month and she tried to refute it by adding "you said you got it for Xmas !" 1) getting the necklace for Xmas does not mean I have been wearing it since then; and 2) it hasn't even been a month yet! Today is January 12th and I got it on December 25th. In conclusion, I was rudely accused of breaking the necklace and sent off home without a new necklace or having mine repaired, as it takes 2 weeks for them to have it fixed in NY AND this service would be CHARGED!!!! I have never been this disrespected by a sales professional and I could never imagine that something like this would happen at a Tiffany store. read more

Terrible service. Only nice when they want to push an expensive piece on you. And after purchasing several things here, i was not happy with a charm i last purchased because it dulled within just a few wears(3 days to be exact)and when i went to return it i was disrespected when the sales woman kept checking diamonds and telling me they weren't reading on the diamond tester as if i was doing some form of fraud. She then had to involve the manager which then told me the diamonds looked dull next to another she compared which she then cleaned it and it was back to looking just like the others. At that point she then totally disregarded the diamond situation and then said the gold in the back was dull. I couldn't return it nor will i ever return to this store. I went to the store to get my fiancé a birthday gift , I was try to explain the seller her taste , she was only pushing and pushing me to buy very expensive staff without caring what my girlfriend may like , she also show me very expensive staff like $ 3000 and then says like this is only a 1000 ,$,well I came home give my fiancé the present , she didn't like it off course , so we went togheter to the shop , but before end she browse the Tiffany web site , she fond so many tings that she like that I wasent aware where there to actually purchase . When we get to the shop she ask what she liked and she feel in love with a set of earring and chain , she sayd there are so elegant ! I love this ! The seller says well elegant no really !! Then she also chose a bracelet to have costume made with same words , the seller was so rude , as we realise that she was that rude as the other item weren't that expensive like the one she wanted me to buy , my fiancé felt to sad or her birthday and she didn't even get the bracelet , I had a refound done . I had a budget of 2000 dollars for that day to maybe buy her same pearls , same ting timeless she can where every day , elegant , but the seller apparently didn't agree on the elegancy as they weren't that expensive!!!! On my opinion she should talk bad of any item on the shop , is still Tiffany , and I was saving that money so I can make my fiancé fell special , well we just feld use , you may have nice jullery but horrible seller working there I actually felt use and abused .
