The service at this location is always incredible, they immediately greet with a smile as walking in to the store. Which, the staff is friendly and helpful as I had special requests in the past and they were flexible plus accommodating. I appreciate the service that they provide not only just once but ongoing service. I know the price may seem high however getting a extreme high quality plus service that will last a life time. There are not many jewelry stores I'll go to for the simple reason of service. In addition to: shopping online is not the same with jewelry. There are two sides of the store, one of what they are known for: sterling silver. While the other is gold, rings, and etc. Although the store is divided someone will help you whatever you are looking for, I have yet to have someone refer me another area. This is a horrible Tiffany & co store , as a matter of a fact this is the worst , we have just purchased a ring me and my wife a week ago , the ring we purchased was on display because that was the only size that fit her rather tiny hands and fingers and ends up it didn't fit her after she wore it the first day it became loose and would fall off her finger, we went today to return it , the ring was scratched before the purchase was even made but they would not return it nor resize it nor would they let us pick another ring even though the receipt says 30days for returns and refund. The manager here was sooooo rude about the whole process and he wouldn't even give us the time. Went to purchase classic pieces for high school grads - the suggestions given to me by the sales person were perfect. Purchased the sweetest heart with a key charmed necklace and a traditional charm bracelet with the toggle closure. I specifically asked for help in buying a heirloom piece that could be worn for years and the associate nailed it! I was wearing the Key necklace that I've worn for years. The service and experience at this Tiffany's store is beyond amazing! I am always greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. The staff is always willing to help me find the perfect gift for any occasion. I worked with one woman (I'm spacing on her name!) that spent over 45 minutes with me picking out a special gift for a friends wedding- where else do you get that kind of care and attention?! I have also dropped off several pieces from my Tiffany's collection to be cleaned and cared for. They always come back looking just as new! I LOVE Tiffany's. I have my entire life. I love their keys, I love the history, I love their regular jewelry, I love Breakfast at Tiffany's, I love Tiffany blue. My love for Tiffany's doesn't match my wallet, sadly. My husband decided that it was in the budget for my birthday this year and made a trip to the store to surprise me. As he entered the store, he was stopped by security/manager. The man asked what my husband was there for (because it's not obvious, apparently), and my husband responded that he was looking for something for me. The man asked what, and when my husband said he was looking for something small (specifically one of their keychains), the guard/manager said they didn't carry that there (spoiler alert: they do). My husband told him that was fine and he would still like to look (again, he hadn't even really entered the store yet), and the guard finally reluctantly let him in. The woman who ended up helping my husband find what he was looking for (the Elsa Peretti teardrop keychain) was wonderful and knowledgeable. While I'm not the main target audience for Tiffany's because of my wallet, we would expect to be treated like a customer and not pond scum. read more

Beyond disappointing quality and customer service. I bought a ring, it was scratched from the beginning and I went back to check with the STORE MANAGER and he was very very *RACIST*. I'm impressed by the horrible reviews of this TIFFANY place. I had my own horrible experience, but I didn't know so many others had experienced the same thing. I would probably give it 2.5. They are polite enough and welcoming, but I'm not happy with the overall experience. I purchased some earrings that came with the poussette backs. They were a devil to put on and off from the beginning, no matter how I put them on. They come with no instructions, so I found them slightly easier to put on with the dome part outwards. If you look on the Internet, people put them on this way and with the dome close to the ear, so there is no clear consensus. One day, one earring wouldn't budge. I went to the store and they told me to go to go to Urgent Care to cut it off. Urgent Care doesn't see jewelry issues unless a medical emergency. They also told me I put it on "backward" and that after getting it cut off I'd need to pay to replace it (how can they prove that the earrigns weren't defective from the beginning?) So, I went to Reis-Nichols where the manager cut it right off and is and working to replace the post and get new backs. They have my business from non on! Tiffany said they would call me to follow up, and of course they did not. Very disappointing service for what you pay. Go to Reis-Nichols across the street! read more

Terrible customer service unless you're currently buying a $10k product. I've spent over $20k on products at this particular store, and after a recent experience I will never return. Previous times where I was buying jewelry and gifts, the staff (a middle-aged man in glasses and a middle-aged woman from the India region) would offer very little actual insight into what I was buying. The staff was completely devoid of personality and would rather try to talk themselves up rather than level with you as a potential customer. Anyway, personal distaste aside, I recently tried to return a product at this store. The product was bought within the last 30 days at the time of return, and was in excellent condition. They falsely told me that, because the product had been "worn" a few times that it was unreturnable. This is demonstrably wrong. T & Co.'s return policy has two and ONLY TWO conditions: 1. The purchase must have been made in the last 30 days 2. The product must be in sale-able condition Regardless, they insistently lied saying that it was impossible for them to accept the return and belittled me further saying childish logic like "Oh for the same reason you wouldn't wear a ring that's been worn, we won't take a ring that you have worn" which I'm sure no one actually thinks that way who isn't over the age of 16. So I sent the ring to T & Co. HQ in New Jersey to be refunded and they took it and refunded me fully, no questions asked. To the employees: Don't act like you're a member of "High Class Society" because you have a day job of selling semi-luxury jewelry. You come off as annoying, ignorant, and honestly comical. Enamel came off of signature heart, took it in was treated as if I didn't belong and told it was normal for this to happen. Seriously? I left vowing never to purchase again. A little over a week ago I brought my wife a sterling silver 1837 ring. The sale went smoothly and the sales associate was very nice. However, this was the beginning of the troubles. After one day of wear, the ring turned my wife's fingers green. No big deal, we cleaned the ring and that solved that issue. Then however, we noticed that the stamped section on the ring was discolored, and almost appeared that the silver was chipping. I called the store and spoke with a sales associate. Instead of an apology, I received an earful of excuses. After about ten minutes of listening to the sales associate drone on with these excuses, I requested to speak with a manager. I then spoke with the sales manager, Alex who was extremely nice, courteous, and everything that an a upscale jewelry manager should be. I agreed that I would meet with her on the next day to have her take a look at the ring. The next day, my wife and I went into the store and met with Alex. She was very courteous and nice Ina person as well. After examining the ring, and attempting a deep clean, the flaw still remained. She then offered to exchange the ring and overnight it to us. Despite overnighting the new ring, there were multiple issues with UPS and with the way the shipment was coded causing a delay in getting the ring when promised again. However, after the shipping fiasco continued to get worse, Alex contacted my wife, and delivered the ring personally to her at her workplace. So, why did I give this Tiffany and Co. a five-star rating with all the problems we had? Mistakes happen in the world, and sometimes a rating is not about the experience, but rather the recovery and the attempt to correct a bad experience. Because of the absolutely wonderful customer service that Alex provided, and because of her willingness to go over and above, she has secured a future customer! Waited a year too late to purchase my engagement ring and our previous sales rep, Tom is no longer with the company. He definitely went above and beyond to find a perfect ring for me that fits our budget and specifications. Instead we were approached by a polished younger gal, very courteous like all Tiffany associates. Perhaps it's the holiday season and availability is very limited, but I feel like she was very protective of several rings I wanted to see and the ones we put on hold were sold a few days before we came in for our next appointment. This left us with very limited choices available in the inventory. Yes, I can understand the high security, but Tom would even let us walk out of the store to see the diamond in natural light. I'd be too intimidated to steal a piece of jewelry especially with the security guards by the door. When we asked her to bring in a couple from other stores approximately in the specifications we wanted, she brought in 1...just 1 to choose from. It definitely failed to meet my expectations (H/I, VS2, slightly below 1/2 ct) since it was not in the color and clarity I desired. Back to the drawing board. So we asked if they had any other inventory in the store and she brought out these other 2 beautiful rings under the locked cabinet. (I secretly think she was hiding it from us.) One exactly at our price point and specifications (G, VS1 0.47ct) and the other exceeded our budget slightly (F, VVSI, 0.51ct), but it was stunning. So from an investment standpoint, I opted for the ring that was slightly above our projected budget. This way I wouldn't have to get an upgrade in the future that was 2x the purchasing value. Transaction was very smooth as we paid cash in neat bundles, like the ones that come out of metal briefcases. They should've offered a discount for the ease of counting! Oh active military, they do offer a 10% discount FYI. Silly fiance is oblivious about Tiffany and the blue box/bag and white ribbon thing. Good thing he took it home so I can use it as a prop for engagement/wedding photos. Yet....he left behind the blue paper bag...I wanted that blue paper bag too :( read more

Very welcoming and we spent 2 and a half hours looking at maybe 4 rings. The highlight, however was the extended conversation with the wonderful Thomas! No pressure to finalize the sale, very helpful and funny. We were in store until 10 minutes after they closed and didn't even realize it because it is a very chill place. Exiting was interesting due to the double door security. Once the wife makes the final decision, we will hurry back and snatch up her ring. read more

I have debated writing this review for approximately six months. When I lived in south Florida, I had excellent experiences with the Tiffany's in Boca Raton. My experience at the Tiffany's in Indianapolis has not been horrific, but there was an incident that I would like to share. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from the Tiffany's in Indianapolis without my knowing of it; they didn't have the exact one he wanted, so they had it shipped in from another store. He surprised me in December with a proposal. The ring had to be re-sized. Before visiting Tiffany's, I called and inquired about the re-sizing process; I spoke with a woman. As I am currently residing in Fort Wayne, I asked about the option of having the ring shipped back to me after it had been re-sized. The woman emphatically replied that was not an issue, especially since the Indianapolis Tiffany's did not have re-sizing capabilities at their location (they would have to send it off). I went to the Tiffany's in Indianapolis to drop off my ring and have my finger measured for re-sizing purposes. The gentleman I dealt with was very nice (I do not want to name him, as he is the individual my complaint is about). He even asked if we had picked out the ring together, as the price of the ring was noted on the paperwork I had to sign off on for the re-sizing. I informed him no, it was a surprise, and I didn't wish to know the cost; he covered it with his hand while I signed. After the paperwork was signed, I told him that the woman informed me I could have the ring shipped to me when it was finished. He replied with his concerns that it was a very expensive ring. I told him I understood, but was confused since the woman told me it was a non-issue. He told me he would prefer someone pick it up from them after it had been SHIPPED to the Indianapolis store after the re-sizing was done. I told him I would have to figure it out once the ring was ready. When the ring was ready, I received a phone call. I was hoping my fiance would been in Indianapolis for business when it was ready to pick it up from the store, but he wasn't. I spoke with the same gentleman on the phone and once again asked him about the option of shipping it to me. He literally replied to me with, "Do you know how expensive this ring is? Do you even know how much something like this costs? It's not some like $200 ring." This was incredibly offensive to me. I was so taken aback by his condescending tone, I didn't know what to say. I told him I'd have to call him back. I didn't say it to this gentleman, but I own other Tiffany's pieces. I have shopped at and spent my hard earned money at Tiffany's in Boca Raton and their online store. My fiance chose to spend his hard earned money at Tiffany's. I realize it isn't some gumball machine trinket. I understand the cost associated with a Tiffany's engagement ring, even if I don't know what that exact cost is. Also, the fact that the Indianapolis store does not have the capability to re-size the ring in their store means they have to SHIP it to that store and SHIP it BACK to them once it's ready. So why can't they ship it back to me? Needless to say, I called the store back 10 minutes later, the gentleman was busy, and a wonderful, delightful woman assisted me and told me it was no problem at ALL to have it shipped to me; "people do it all the time," she said. It was insured and had signature delivery at no cost to us. I'm guessing this gentleman just had some sort of personal issue, or maybe because I'm from Fort Wayne and not super fancy Indianapolis he assumed I had no idea what things cost, but the whole experience was so off-putting I never want to go back in that store or deal with Tiffany's Indianapolis again. read more

What can you say..its Tiffany's!! Even me, a scruffy tattood guy gets treated with respect and dignity like everyone else. Of coarse thats their job but they could be snobby and they arent in here. I went in to get a ring resized that i had purchased in NYC. They immediately asked how i was doing and what they could help me with. They said i would need to go to the customer service area and rigng a bell for service. The gentleman came quickly and was awesome!! The time before i was helping a friend of mine pick out a Christmas present for his girlfriend (now faience). We had great service and the whole experience was awesome. Now you must understand you arent going to find anything cheap in here. Your partially paying for the name, but with that said all of the merchandise is of the highest quality. I have shopped at the Indi Tiffany & Co for a few years now. They have always been exceptional, from purchasing wedding bands to having things cleaned. They have even made special accommodations to arrange a "treasure hunt" that my husband set up for our anniversary. Their service is top notch and their jewelry is, of course, top of the line in quality and style. I recently had an encounter with an associate- Debbie Meier-- that really took me by surprise. Debbie was extraordinarily rude. We had a pen dropped off to be repaired (it had to be sent out to NY) and requested for it to be shipped to our house rather than back to the store. The store made an error and so the pen ended up back in Indi, and Debbie charged me (without first telling me) $15 to ship the pen from Indi to us in South Bend. Given that the repair was only $20, I was irritated that we paid almost double because of the store's error and that she had not informed me of the additional charge. Debbie absolutely refused to apologize for the error or even admit that the store had made one. The store manager (George), however, was extremely helpful and polite, and apologized for the inconvenience plus refunded the shipping charge. He definitely made me feel like a valued customer whose concerns had been understood and adequately addressed. This is more in line with the service you expect from a luxury brand. We will certainly continue to be patrons of the Indi Tiffany & Co., but we will be sure to seek out a different associate the next time we make a purchase or repair. While I understand that Tiffany makes their advertising very attractive and has built a considerable reputation for themselves, I was very disappointed with the pearl earrings I ordered from them. The earring part broke off from the pearl and it's unfortunate that they make customers pay for repairs. I didn't even wear the pearls! They are not designed well and the pearl doesn't sit well in its backing; the backing isn't even big enough. Tiffany's silver gets dirty easily and for the quality, I don't know if it's worth it. I rate Tiffany's three stars because whenever I go to the Keystone location, the staff is always willing to help and are always on top of their game. read more

I stopped in here to get a cleaning cloth to clean my Return to Tiffany necklace and bracelet and the two rings(also purchased from Tiffany's) that my boyfriend gave to me. I walked in and the staff was very friendly and I asked for a cleaning cloth for my jewelry and I said "how much?" and the lady said "Happy Valentine's Day" and I was stunned I got a cleaning cloth on the house. I never expected less at Tiffany's even though this location is smaller than the stores in Chicago, Skokie, and Oakbrook. You still get top notch service at Tiffany's and if you're in the Chicago area the Skokie store is the best and ask for Colleen Wheeling when you go she's my go to person because she knows her stuff. I will be coming to this location again if I am in the market for some good jewelry. read more

I stopped into Keystone's Tiffanys not nicely dressed, not even showered, but was in a rush and had my eye on something. The women behind the desk looked up and did not acknowledge me. After about 7 minutes of standing there, not browsing, someone came to help me. She did not say hello, did not smile, and was annoyed with my questions. This is where the disgusting part comes in. When I said that I will buy it, the woman did a 180. She was friendly, smiled, and even said how much she loved that necklace and had it herself. I was astonished.
