They don't keep change on hand, you can't cash a check, they don't offer wire transfers, their bill pay program uses snail mail and will send your payments late EVERY time. Their overactive security department will freeze your account if you attempt to use your ATM as a credit card while traveling. The final straw was when they froze my account while I was traveling and then notified the retirement office that they would NOT accept my retirement check direct deposit so the retirement office sent me a paper check while I was out of the country and couldn't deposit it. If you have ANY other choice, TAKE IT. You DON'T want to trust these people with your money.

But I didn't want to drive to Twin Falls and I hate the idea of really overpaying for a service like Geek Squad. I took my chances with the guy at Computer Machine Whisperer and was very impressed and a little upset with myself for having prejudice against small town computer geeks. He fixed it within an hour and didn't charge me a bogus "diagnosing fee" and I had really expected to pay at least 3x the amount. It turns out, I had gotten it backwards and the Geek Squad is actually the overchargers with lackluster, uneducated non-geeks. Poor guy at CMW might feel a little slighted at this review, but I assure you, this is a compliment to his establishment. Carry on!

Two days later drove for 1 1/2 hours to the store. He said he didn't know if they had the screen I needed and if not the OEM Apple screen would be $250. I left the store angry and disappointed. Will never do business with this company.
