Eric started us on our recovery journey. Credit score in low 400's I started by getting loans on our vehicles to pay on our credit report. Which he pulled report walked me through what to do step by step to get us on a better path. In six months,came back Eric was busy this time and another wonderful ladies worked on refinancing me I had screwed up at Xmas and overspent. She got me to pay overdrafts and payed off one of my two loans now I was down to one loan and in good standings again. Two months later came in to apply for secured credit card to help with my credit score. Once again a different ladies.( I APOLIGE I DIDNT REMEMBER THEIR NAMES. )The specialist not only worked to get me unsecured credit card she explained more finance to me. I couldn't believe three people, every time I came in such wonderful knowledgeable people were helping me. I was now sitting in 8 months time with a credit score 690. I'm on my way to buying a home again. With my 15 surgeries never thought this would be possible again. I was so impressed I sent my daughter to them who has had two bad marriages and is trying to go back to school and get back on her feet. Eric once again came to the rescue. Created miracles for her. I got a mortgage with Washington Federal in 2006 and has been a struggle every month to pay my…read moremortgage. The reason is they have very few alternatives for the customer to pay. It sounds dumb but it is. I need to pay my money in savings then use an "easy pay" which cost $200 to transfer money from savings to the mortgage loan. But the transfer is not automatic, a I need to call verify my balance then ask for the manager to do the transfer manually. The employees are not train to see the mortgage screen. If there are 20 cents less than the mortgage amount due the payment does not go through. One time I was $3 dollars short. The bank did not take debit payments so I had to mail a check which took one week from Texas where I was living causing ten times more in taxes. On Monday I wanted to pay my mortgage again. No way to do a transfer from my bank to them so I contact them by email to see what they suggested... no answer. You will think they want to get paid. Do not use this bank for your mortgage it will bring you headaches. It needs flexibility, options and less fees. And if Washington Federal is going to take out money in fees at least return it on interest.
