Typically, my mother is the pickiest cleaner in the entire world! She has fired countless cleaning ladies at her home. So when I had to work all day, I asked my mother to oversee the women that came to clean our home. My mother was so beyond impressed! The women were extremely professional, took their time, and made sure we were completely happy with the service they provided. They were reasonably priced, and I was blown away at how meticulous they were. I will certainly be using Ask Alice again and have told countless friends. Did not clean windows, baseboards, removed cobwebs or cleaned outside of cabinets. No "vertical" cleaning, as advertised in their website. Definitely not a deep clean worthy of more than $300 They did offer to come back to clean whatever "I felt was incomplete", but I did not want the same people in my house arguing against or saying they had clean things that were clearly not. I wish I could get part of my money back. This seems a problem of the company offering services that employees don't know they have to complete or what standard to achieve. It felt like a scam.
