Marbella and Garier did a great job. Well worth the extra money to have the baseboards and blinds cleaned! They arrived on time and gave the house a thorough cleaning. The vacuumed the sides of the couches, who knew it would make them look so much better? They also managed to get my toilet bowls cleaned with no ring or staining, something I've never managed myself! read more

I just had my first cleaning with Tidy Casa. Laura Curiel and her partner showed up on time. I was there to introduce them to my dogs. They were fantastic with them. They work quickly and efficiently while paying close attention to detail. I'm very happy with the experience and will be using them again! read more

This is my second time hiring Tidy Casa. It's so easy to go online and get All the information you need about their services, as well as pricing and setting up your scheduled service. It could not be any easier and user friendly as that! Polina Koroleva was in charge of my cleaning crew and she did an amazing job! She was on-time and made my place look great! Not to mention they for me in just in time for the holidays! Looking forward to using their services again! read more

For a Basic Clean, They Do Not Clean BaseBoards. That Is EXTRA. You Have To Ask For That. Cost I Assume is $30.86. Be Very CareFul Using This Company. read more

Have used them twice with excellent results, would highly recommend. Suzanna and crew did an awesome job

Thanks Tidy Casa! Super communication, and the job was awesome in details. I hold back a star for just nit picks, I wish I could give half a star because except for missing a few places I had to clean myself on the wall and a light switch I was wow'd by the job. The window was sparkling, the very messy floor was pristine, the counters were lovely. Thank you with putting up with my illegible handwriting on my note and for calling the customer rep to call me to clarify. Also great, great, great customer reps. I was panicing slightly the night I came to spackle the nail holes because I couldn't find my hammer and nails, but she had put them in the garage with cleaners over them (that's why I didn't see them in the first few times I went through the house). That knocked me for a loop, but next time I will (in legible handwriting) make a note on anything I want left where I want it... that was my fault. So my only nitpick was the post by the kitchen and the remote light switch that I needed to clean myself. I really was going to give 4 stars, to me it is 4 1/2 so for kindness I will do 5. It was actually a lot of work as I had left it pretty dirty and so I think I am just being way too picky when I think back on everything had to be vacuumed, swept, etc. On my part, I would write more legible notes, and also I would suggest to those planning your move out cleaning -- if you want to do some of the cleaning yourself like frig and cabinets, schedule to do your own cleaning first and then have the service come in because you will have to clean where you clean so to speak..... After I cleaned the frig I had to reclean the sink. My fault entirely. Just something I wanted to pass along to those in the planning stages of a move. read more

I think finding a good and dependable cleaning service has to be one of the most difficult things. I have had many a bad experience when it comes to this area, but Tidy Casa completely surpassed my expectations. Our regular service provider is Priziella Felix and she is AMAZING! Not only is she thorough but she's also very careful with our stuff and constantly wows me with her attention to detail. She even got all the hard water stains off our Brita water filter without me even asking. As an owner of 2 pets our house is always covered in hair and dirt, but Priziella gets it spotless every time. Can't recommend her enough! I hope Tidy Casa knows what a gem they have! read more

From the time I booked Tidy Casa for my services, I have been very impressed with their customer service. They contacted me immediately after I booked them and kept me posted. I loved the reminders. Today, the ladies showed up on time and just left my house and I am so grateful for them. They did so awesome on the service. I am a fulltime working mom, who also attends school part-time. It's very difficult for me to keep up. I felt awkward at first seeking service. The ladies made me feel that it was ok having them in my home. I am already looking forward to my next appointment! You will not be disappointed with Tidy Casa! read more

I've had mostly a good experience with this company. I generally keep my 2-bed/2-bath place pretty neat but like to get a professional clean 2-3 times a year so that the small details I never get around to get taken care of. 9/10 of the teams they have sent have been great. Most recently, I had Laura and Curiel, who were wonderful. A+. A couple of times I've gotten crews who seemed to think that because the place was pretty clean to begin with, they could get in and out in under an hour with the kind of superficial clean I can do on my own. I've mostly had problems when I had late-afternoon appointments. Maybe they are tired or running behind and just want to get home? The company is very proactive in trying to make sure you're happy, but I'm always reluctant to complain about specific cleaners since I'm guessing the women don't make much money, and I don't want to get them in trouble. I just make sure to book in the morning now. And most of the teams are legitimately fantastic. read more

I've used their services twice now. Erica Antunez the first time as the assigned team back in October, and Vanessa Acuna as the assigned team in December. I can't say enough how great both teams were. My only critique would be how they rearranged the toiletries by the bathroom sink and the shower in the master bedroom. But quite honestly, that's it. I like that each team is a little different, and will be requesting Erica Antunez in the future. The prices are more than reasonable for the results and I will continue recommending tidy casa. read more

We had a clean with Tidy Casa a while back. They set the price with their flatrate (not cheap but not overpriced). They said the clean would be about 3-4 hours (1300 sqft). A team of 2 arrived did a clean, they left after around 1 hour. Some things from their todo list on the webpage were not done (eg. cleaning big appliances, counter top, spots on the floor, general dusting of surfaces). The customer service afterwards was helpful and I did get a refund. So overall it was ok but we choose another service instead. read more

I have used this cleaning business many times and they always do a excellent job. That's is why I keep coming back. The team Priziella Felix yesterday did an excellent job they were very through and did a excellent job gutting our house. I was really impressed. I also like how Felix cleaned the tops and sides of our washer and dryer it was a mess. I was very impressed with his work. And Priziella did an excellent job on the rooms and bathrooms. I will be using Tidy Casa for our cleaning needs. read more

I had a house that needed a final clean before it went on the market. It had some contractor work done, so it needed a good clean up. I needed to get it done very quickly, so the realtor could do the walk through. I called Tidy Casa, and they were so friendly and helpful, and were able to squeeze me in the next day! The price was reasonable for what I needed done so I went with it. Adeline and her team arrived on time and they proceeded to do a wonderful job! They cleaned the inside of the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, washed the inside of the windows and did a great job on the floor! I absolutely recommend Tidy Casa, and will definitely call them again! read more

I've been using this service for nearly four years now, and am never disappointed. I always look forward to the day that they come and I return to an immaculate home with many small, caring and very appreciated extra touches. I highly recommend them. read more

Adilene and her team did a fantastic move out clean at my home for sale! The house looked and felt clean and ready for the buyer to take possession. The next day, I also had Priziella clean my current house, and when I arrived home it was spotless and smelled so sparkling! It was so refreshing that they call to check on how satisfied the customer is with their service. A company that shows they care! Thank you, one and all! I will use your company again in the future! read more

Look no further! Tidy Casa is the real deal. They deep cleaned my mother in law's house prepping it to be put on the market and that was NOT an easy job! My mother in law had 4 cats! After Prezielea and her team was done that tired little house was picture perfect and ready for market! read more

I live in a 1 Bed 1 Bath condo, and I like to keep things organized, but "organized" and "clean" are two different things. My tile floors were a mess, my electric stove was looking rough, and there was just dust collecting everywhere. This was my first time using a cleaning service, and I have to say, I might start using this service regularly because they're the professionals and can handle everything much better and faster that I can. The ladies, Heather and Jessica , were so pleasant, and were very thorough! Everything sparkles and smells heavenly! Thank you! They pretreated my floors and then were able to get them spotless! Very pleased. read more

First and foremost the cleaner who came out did a good job for only one person in a 3 bed 3 bath house. Our problem however, was not showing up on time. While running late is a valid reason for not arriving on time, there is absolutely no excuse for sitting around waiting in the time window of arrival that was provided for a no show. We had to follow up with a call asking where the cleaner was. The gentleman we spoke to was nice but advised that specific cleaner has a problem with time management...what?! We wanted to know why we were not called and left hanging, we have day jobs we need to be at! Then the kicker is that a manager called the next day to ask about the service and we advised everything in this review, her demeanor swiftly changed and said thank you and finished up the call. I'm telling you, that 200% guarantee advised on their website is marketing only, they never once invoked this guarantee. read more

Best customer service! Super accommodating and love the way my place looks when I come home.

I had Adilene and another lady clean a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom as a gift. There was so much dirt build up in the bathrooms and the kitchen and dust under furniture and in the laundry room. The two ladies who came were extremely pleasant, respectful, and efficient. The cleaning job was beyond my high expectations. I had them clean out the fridge which was full of spilled food and liquids. It was perfectly clean and then organized afterwards. They did a fantastic job all around I was overjoyed with the service. read more

Vanessa and her team were amazing!! I hired Tidy Casa for a move out cleaning and paid extra for the oven and fridge cleaning. My apartment had been vacant for 2 months, so it was a mess to say the least. Leaves had blown in, the fridge had stains inside, the oven was gross, there was a dead roach in the bathroom (SO glad to be out of that place!!! lol). I walked into my apartment after they were done and could not believe it was the same place!! They did a phenomenal job and paid close attention to detail. My oven was sparkling, the fridge was pure white, the carpets looked like they had been shampooed?! It was incredible. The teams are in a competition for a spa day, so you will get asked to do a review, but I never felt pressured to come onto Yelp and say something. I would highly recommend Tidy Casa for your cleaning needs! read more

I have been out of town for two weeks while my family was here at home. All I wanted was to come home to clean bathrooms. I searched for a company that I could schedule online. I found Tidy Casa and I am so happy I did. It was easy to schedule, the team was on time (early actually) and they did an amazing job cleaning my entire house. I am very picky about cleaning my house, in fact I usually just do it myself because I have never been fully satisfied with anyone else doing it. Not this time, they were so thorough, did everything I do when I clean and more! Thank you Team Veronica @ Tidy Casa... I'm so grateful to have returned home to a "mom" clean home. read more

Having just bought a home in Scottsdale, needed to find a good professional cleaning service. After looking at the reviews in Yelp, we tried Tidy Casa. They get 5-stars for outstanding (beyond outstanding) customer service, and 4-stars overall. Here's why: Made the first appointment for a deep-clean, but apparently through a misunderstanding on one of our parts their crew only did a regular cleaning. After a call to the office to express my displeasure (the baseboards weren't clean nor were the ceiling fans), Rachel called me back within two minutes and offered to make it right. We scheduled another crew for later in the week, and they came out last Thursday and did a superb job. We will definitely use Tidy Casa for our ongoing regular cleanings, and a once-per-year deep clean. I would heartily recommend them, although be sure when signing up that you are clear on what level of service you're seeking. read more

Really pleased with my experience from scheduling to results. Had foot surgery recently and I'm not able to keep up with house chores. Having Polina Koroleva's team from Tidy Casa clean was really great! I appreciate how friendly, efficient and what a good job they did. I'm looking forward to them returning every other week. House is clean and my stress level is way lower : ) read more

We didn't hire them for cleaning because we were looking for a vacation rental cleaning service and they don't service our area or perform that type of service yet. But I was so impressed with Carrie's professionalism in calling us back and trying to help us find someone. I'm sure anyone who hires her company will be in great hands. read more

Priziella Felixa and her team did such a wonderful job and were very friendly. I came home to find that my expectations were exceeded and that there were a few things that I felt were above and beyond their job duties that they had done. Thoroughly impressed and now I can see why they have a 5 out of 5 rating. Thank you for helping me take care of my home! read more

Ryan, the owner, responded quickly to my initial booking request on a Saturday, even though they were closed! Their cleaning service was done completely the first time, and they communicated well throughout the process. I greatly appreciate their work, as our house wasn't fit to move into. I was stressing out because I couldn't find the time to dedicate a few hours to deep cleaning my apartment. I found Tidy Casa online and based off the review decided to make an appointment. Best decision of my life. I almost don't want to touch my apartment because it is so clean and beautiful. The process of booking an everything was easy. I even stepped out to get to the gym for an hour. They wonderful ladies that did the job were super nice, courteous, professional, and worked quickly but thoroughly! 10/10 would use them again. read more

Okay so this has to be the worst experience ever. Scheduled a cleaning . Crew called us to say that they can come two hours prior to their scheduled appointment and we were fine. Two women roll in and we explained everything. Thirty minutes later the owner calls and tells us their 'software had made a mistake' and the crew could not complete the job today!! Need to reschedule in 10 days?!?'!?! Of course we had no interest. Very unprofssional. I would stay away!!! read more

Lida Sequeria and her team did such a nice job cleaning our home. We have a construction project going on in the backyard so my interior is pretty dusty. The floors have been a mess! This crew was able to get everything back to sparkly. I really like that I know exactly what to expect, and then go online to add services. Scheduling is also really easy online and communication from Kerry is excellent. I'm really glad I found Tidy Casa. read more

The most professional and some of the best service I've had. Too bad there isn't 10 stars.

Great service. They cleaned my day spa on a short notice. We asked for a deep clean, and when they say "deep" they mean it. The crew was here for almost 7 hrs! Definitely will be using their commercial cleaning service on a bi annual basis. read more
