Before I got this job, they sent me on a couple of interviews, but I didn't get the position. I ended up finding a job on my own, but after 4 months, I found the drive back and forward from Virginia Beach to Hampton too much. I called Image Services and explained my dilemma. By the following week, they had sent me on an interview. I got the job and was able to give the current job my two week notice! I learned a long time ago...if you're interested in working with a staffing company, you get to know the people working there and keep in touch! While their job is to place you, they get A LOT of people coming in looking for employment. You want to be memorable if you want them to place you (it's about selling yourself). That advice hasn't failed me yet and it holds true even for Image Services. While the size of the company worried me (it's small compared to one or two staffing companies I've worked with before in the DMV area), they helped me find a great job with an awesome company.

Waste of time and energy . They will miscommunicate assignments and you'll find yourself working at 5 different places within one week or better yet , only working one day and they expect that to be livable . There is a reason people go through staffing agencies to cut all the extra fluff out but because they have jobs already , your urgency of employment isn't top on their list . I started to believe they save the good paying jobs and or longer assigned jobs to close friends .

Mike was very professional and prompt in responding. After talking with him on the phone, he provided the best resolution. He really listened to me and provided all options and other solutions.
