Michelle has been very helpful in contacting me with emails when positions aligned with my skill set, I still think I'm underpaid at every corner, but it's a good experience for me to start getting some private sector references as I transition out of the military. The private sector has it's issues, but I sure like the flexibility to say no or just to look for another job. It took a minute to get placed, but that was my own doing as I was being very picky.

After rushing through first half of day to prepare for virtual meeting, linked into their Zoom link for scheduled 30 minute meeting. Sat for 30 minutes with microphone and camera on waiting on someone to connect. No one came online from their side. There was zero text, e-mail, nor phone call before, during, or after the designated time. If this is how AppleOne does business, then I cannot honestly recommend their supposed service to anyone else.

Even if Office Team doesn't have a job for me someone..hint hint Michelle, should drop an email or call to let me know she is still searching for a job for me but hasn't found the right one. Any communication is better than no communication. It is very unprofessional in the workforce. This company is a California based company and you can definitely tell the level of professionalism from California to here. Office Team would be ashamed of this branch to know their level of care is so poor.
