Mr. Shapiro, one can exhibit "situational" communicative immaturity and emotional unintelligence-while still accomplishing certain work objectives in your firm. This complaint was about the poor quality of service experienced as part of the intake review, resulting in MY initiation to end the intake call with Andrew. Not the firm's decision that I did not qualify for services, even though a comprehensive nor full intake was completed, due to Andrew's conduct. Johnson, hardly constitutes this amount of time. Per their invoice, that would equate to 2.5 hours each day, with noted discussion. We don't have that much in total assets. When the "Draft" documents were emailed to us, I had to send back corrections to include ANOTHER PERSON'S NAME throughout the documents and incorrect information regarding specifically requested will instructions that were noted in our exploratory paperwork.
