I first discovered them back in September of 2018 and their service and efficiency was the best I had ever experienced. After my first experience with, Jessica Rossi and the rest of the Shaheen Law team, I gave them all my other deals. I was so glad I did on my latest deal! I was buying 7 duplexes. They had to all close at the same time or the deal would not close. The lender I chose for these 7 deals, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jessica Rossi provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was like a battle of good and evil. The Lender dragged it out for 6 months! They kept finding ways not to fund. meanwhile; Jessica looked for ways to reduce my cost by getting me a better price from within and from other vendors in appreciation of my business. Jessica assisted the lender where ever she could. The second she needed anything from me, she would ask for it. The second I asked for a document or an explanation from her, she would email it to me. When finally, the lender was ready to "Clear to Close" the loan, Jessica worked non stop for 2 days helping the lender get the figures correct. The first day, right after Jessica assisted the lender to get all 7 of the figures correct, the lender delayed for another day causing the figures to change. The second day Jessica took the lender by the hand once again and helped them get the figures correct once again. They were both full days and Jessica was on it! It was typical for the lender to delay and it was typical for Jessica to fight for me, Her customer. I was so nervous because the lender was so awful and I had worked for 6 months trying to close this deal. I was so relieved when Jessica was in complete control of my closing and the lender's hands were finally off my files. Once she was, my 7 deals closed like clockwork. She arranged the notary that I wanted and the time and place. She got me all the copies I needed and asked for. She emailed me copies and offered to send hard copies of all the documents right to my front door. She arranged for me to get all 14 keys from the Selling side. She made sure I got the list of contact info for all 14 tenants at these 7 duplexes. Jessica left no stone unturned and delivered the absolute BEST service possible. I only dealt with Ms. Six. She went through four paralegals in less than two years. No one would…read moretell me why. They provided me with a phone number for confidential texting between her paralegal(s) and me. Most of my correspondence with her paralegals went unanswered until I contacted them two or three more times. I was not kept up to date on my case all the time. Apparently information I gave to one paralegal didn't get passed down to the next and so on. For questions I asked, I was met with an attitude. I realize Ms. Six is used to cases that are going to bring more money but there was no need to treat me as "less than." From day one, I told her that the state trooper drew the diagram wrong three times. He had me going in the opposite direction all three times. The position of the truck that hit me changed though and they were wrong also. I got t-boned. The way in which it happened was not a failure to yield on his part but that is the ticket he got because the State Trooper was either confused or didn't believe it happened the way my witness and I explained. She told me, " Well, I can't make them change the ticket." I told her, "That is not what I am asking for. I am asking you to listen to me." I had an eye witness who wrote down what happened and gave it to the State Trooper. Her account was exactly the same as what I told the trooper. Ms. Six never contacted the witness. She never contacted the trooper. I think it would have been helpful to ask the trooper for the written statement from the witness. When the other driver had his hearing for his ticket, I was told by her first paralegal to meet Ms. Six at the court house. I called that paralegal once I got there. I asked her where to meet Ms. Six. She said, "Oh, she's not there." I asked her why she told me Ms. Six would meet me. She didn't have an intelligible response. Ms. Six belittled me. I have physical and mental impairments. Apparently she believes those are good reasons to treat me the way she did. I would have gotten another attorney if I had known I was going to be treated like this. If she didn't want a small case, she shouldn't have taken it. It got to the point where I would not see her in person. I would not have a video meeting with her. She was cruel enough just over the phone so I limited that. She tried to make me feel badly about myself. I didn't before and I don't now. Maybe she'll realize that trying to make others hate themselves is not the solution to making people love themselves. I'll keep her current paralegal and future ones in my thoughts. I hope someday someone stands up to her. I didn't because my inner peace is more important. I hope to never see her or hear from her again.

They guided us through what we needed to know about creating a Trust, what we needed to consider about our estate, discussed our future and our family needs. We learned to follow and trust their suggestions. We hired them. There was an agreed upon cost and it was clear what we would receive in return. A brief (within a maximum of 15 minutes) initial conversation with Atty. Byler, thirteen (13) to/from correspondence with Robyn, secretary and less than one (1) hour meet/greet and sign with Atty. Johnson, hardly constitutes this amount of time. Per their invoice, that would equate to 2.5 hours each day, with noted discussion. We don't have that much in total assets. When the "Draft" documents were emailed to us, I had to send back corrections to include ANOTHER PERSON'S NAME throughout the documents and incorrect information regarding specifically requested will instructions that were noted in our exploratory paperwork. Needless to say, we would never use this Firm again. They are extremely expensive for the quality and serve we received! I could have completed an online will document and filed in the Court for a small fraction of what we were charged!

Mr. Kumar soon arrived and we got down to business. The attorney was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was patient with us and answered our questions and offered advice. Ultimately he suggested for what we wanted to accomplish we really didn't need to retain the firm but could do the work ourselves. He gave us a brief rundown of the process and let us know that if we wanted to hire them to handle things they would be happy to help but we could save a lot of money by doing it ourselves. I appreciated his advice and honesty. We are now planning to handle things ourselves but it's comforting to know that Leban & Associates is available if we get in over our heads.
