Mr. Pfeiffer represented my wife in her DWI case, where she was facing serious charges of DWI,…read moreobstruction, and refusal. From the very beginning, Mr. Pfeiffer was patient, kind, and compassionate as he listened to our situation. He made us feel like our case was being handled with the utmost care and importance. His assistant, Beverly, was equally wonderful. She was incredibly attentive when it came to handling the necessary documentation and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Both she and Mr. Pfeiffer took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we understood what was happening with the case and what we could expect moving forward. When it came time to determine how we would approach court, Mr. Pfeiffer was transparent and honest about what he believed was the best course of action, as well as the possible outcomes. Because of his communication and preparation, my wife and I walked into the courthouse feeling informed, prepared, and confident that we were in good hands. Upon our arrival, Mr. Pfeiffer informed us that he had been able to get both the refusal and obstruction charges dropped. He also let us know that my wife would serve no jail time and would receive only a minimal fine. Given the seriousness of the charges she had initially been facing, the relief we felt in that moment was indescribable. I can say with complete confidence that I highly recommend Mr. Pfeiffer to anyone facing a similar situation. Choosing him to represent my wife was one of the best decisions we could have made, and we could not have been more grateful for the outcome. Thank you, Mr. Pfeiffer. You helped take one of the most difficult and frightening situations of our lives and turn it into something we can learn and grow from, rather than something that could have gone in a complete opposite direction if we did not have you. We appreciate you, Beverly, and your entire team more than you will ever know. Your help truly changed the course of our lives, and we will always be grateful.

They explained each step in plain language, so we always knew where things stood and what to expect. Legal issues can be overwhelming, and Mark Andrews and Stephen Pfeiffer did a great job of calming our nerves and keeping us grounded. They met our expectations and then some, handling everything with professionalism and care. We would absolutely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a dedicated, responsive attorney.
