Established in 1982.

Locally owned and operated in Virginia since 1982, our full-service employment firm serves the Hampton Roads business community with offices in Newport News, Suffolk, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach. These four locations allow employees to easily visit us for any purpose. With sales approaching 20 million dollars annually, we are one of the area's largest personnel firms, employing more than 500 temporary associates on a daily basis. In our 30 years of business, we have weathered three recessions. Our commitment to the needs of our clients and employees has made us a leader in such a challenging industry.

Meet the Business Owner: Tom S.

Tom S. is the President of Reliance Staffing & Recruiting and one of its owners. He has literally grown up in the staffing business, having spent 25 years with Reliance and being part of the second generation to own and operate Reliance. Tom offers years of expertise in management, hiring and recruiting, as well as his commitment to "putting the person first": seeing every client and every job candidate as a unique, worthwhile person, not just a business operation.
