There is no working hard to get the fruit off the core. Slice around the perimeter and just pull the sides apart, leaving only the core and no residue. They are absolutely perfect. Among my purchases was the Costco sized box of the Premier Protein Pancakes that I'm eating on my high protein diet. They come to packs of three and are soft, fluffy & yummy. Included in my food tracking is the 16g of protein that each serving of 3 provides. The final purchase today was one of their store prepared Kirkland Signature entrees. I thought my voice might have improved enough to eat out tonight. But I still have to strain and don't want to risk the progress. Costco's CHICKEN ALFREDO is prepared using their rotisserie chicken. It is made the perfect meal by adding frozen green peas, which make for a balanced meal. Delivery is especially beneficial. Thank you Costco for being my "go to" for some of my favorite foods.

Not only is Dr. Dragon very pleasant to work with, but he is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of option to benefit those with difficult vision needs. In addition, both his nursing staff and office staff have been an outstanding team with which to work. Most understand that you can have a good physician, but we know how the staff can ruin the experience. However, with Southern Eye Care, this is not the case. I work in software near Tidewater Drive, and with my company's provided Cigna/VSP health and vision insurance I wanted to visit a new doctor to do my eye inspection, as my last was rather basic at the nearby Walmart. Given that I scheduled my appointment for 8:45 AM right after they opened the lobby was not very busy. I recommend calling to schedule an appointment for an eye exam, as it can save you a hassle from driving and arriving in person only to just be given some paperwork before leaving. I drove there first to find it in person from Google Maps; Suite 41 where you can find him is directly next to a T-Mobile. The paperwork was easy enough and I felt in good company with the kindly receptionists and saleswomen showing me the different brands of glasses and helping with my examination. The wait was relatively quick at only ~30 minutes, and the exam itself was only about another 45 of inspection work with an assistant and waiting for Dr. Dragon himself to come in to help. It all went well and felt smooth, and really I think the longest part may have just been me digging through the different brands and trying some on to find the best "style" for my face! 10/10
