Pep Boys had the best prices and I was able to make an appt online. In total, I paid $30 for a high mileage oil change, tire rotation, and an oil filter. This was the cheapest I could find in the area, including Groupon deals. Fermando, an associate, helped me with check in. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appt time and he immediately greeted me. Fermando was polite, quick, and super friendly! His customer service will be the only reason I return. My appt time was at 1pm and my car was ready around 3:15pm . I opted to wait in their customer lounge, which has chairs and a tv. It did take awhile to complete my oil change, but I know this is the case for most car places.

The battery bracket they never installed, the left wiper they broke to charge for two, the sticker they should have put on when the oil was changed and when it was due--they charged $78 for the supposed bracket. I told them that battery has been there for four years, passing inspection, and nobody has said it moves or doesn't have a bracket. It's always been like that, and they haven't put anything on it or moved anything. Gentlemen, if you're looking for an honest place, honorable with their prices and work, this is the wrong place. Take pictures and videos of all their parts. These people think that because we're women, we don't know where we are, that if I didn't pay for that supposed battery bracket, I wouldn't pass inspection. Upon getting into my car, i noticed they left trash, dirt on my carpet and inside of drivers side door, and animal hair on my seat covers (I do not have a pet). They do not appear honest, my car was left a mess, and I still had to pay $160.
