My daughter had a random mishap last night with her formal MOH dress for a wedding today (10/10/25) that resulted in some crazy unexpected grease stains/spots. Tide Cleaners and their owner strapped on a cape and came to the rescue! They relocated the dress from where it was dropped off to a location closer to where wedding prep was and professional staff set about returning the dress to perfect condition within a few hours. They truly saved the day for my daughter and her bride friend, impressed us with their sense of urgency and service, and have made customers for life of my family. Just kept getting worse. Tide reached out and offered to do our curtains again. They had them another 10 days and the curtains came back worse than we left them. Clearly they pinned things to the strains, leaving holes in our curtains, stains still present and left new stains from the pins as well. Terrible experience. read more

I recently received terrible customer service at this location from a female employee (withholding her name). She chose to argue with me about a simple coupon, even though I showed it to her and had the barcode. She clearly very much dislikes her job. She was so rude I had to say something to her because nobody should be talked to like that. I feel sorry for her coworkers if she treats them like that as well. I will not bring any business to this location again unless I know this particular employee no longer works there. Very disappointing that people think they can act like that at their place of employment and get away with it. Only reason I'm giving a 1 star raring is because my dry cleaning item was handled properly. read more

I used to be very against going to the dry cleaners due to the fact that the chemicals used in dry cleaning is not only bad for the environment, but it's not that great for people too! Until I found tide. My husband loves to take his clothing to the dry cleaners because, well, they turn out way nicer than when wash and press his dress shirts at home. We always went back and forth about the dry cleaners and then I saw a tide dry cleaners pop up! I wondered what made this dry cleaner different from the other hundreds of dry cleaners here in Omaha, so I researched about this company and decided, we should give it a try. Tide is different from any other dry cleaners out here in Omaha because of many things. First of all, their chemicals are safer, for you and the environment, than the ones used in other dry cleaning companies. They apparently use a silicone based chemical unlike perc that other companies. Not only are they safer for the environment, they are very convenient and customer service at Tide is unbeatable. They have a valet type service with two lanes and the worker will come to your car and take your clothing or come to the car and bring you your clothing. They are super friendly too and they will hang up your clothes in your car for you. You really don't have to do anything! Tide is not as cheap as other dry cleaners, but if you become a rewards member, you get coupons on your return visit. I also think cheaper is not always better. We like Tide in Welch Plaza. Been using them almost two years. Early on we had two instances of missing or other people's clothes in our order. I've been taking my shirts to Tide for a while now, mostly because of it's proximity to my home, and I think A-OK is the rating. Nothing about it has been spectacular but nothing has been problematic either. The people working there are always nice and they get my stuff turned around within a day or so of dropping off. So, all good there. The only "complaint" I have is that every email coupon I get seems to not be for the services I require. I am not all the bright, admittedly, but when I tell them I have coupon for my shirts, they say the coupon is for dry cleaning and not laundering. I just assumed they were all the same? Apparently not. But, anyway, it would be nice to get a variety of coupons on occasion as opposed to always being for dry cleaning. But, otherwise, the price seems fair enough and they haven't screwed anything up....yet. read more

Once you set up your account with them they send you home with a personalized bag for future items. You can drop your items In a slot at the front. If you leave a card on the account you can pick up the clothes 24/7 after they're done from the vending machine. I recommend and definitely plan to use them again. read more

I use to go to Camelot cleaners but after a horrible experience, I went looking for somewhere else. This Tide is an ideal location as I grocery shop at the hyvee next door. I decided to take my comforter in to get dry cleaned. As typical, they quoted me a 1 week turn around time. That was fine with me. They called to let me know it was ready 4 days later which I was very happy about. When I went in, the 2 employees were so friendly and promptly went to retrieve my comforter. As they did that, I grabbed their price sheet and was pleasantly surprised that they dry cleaned comforters for $35 verses the $50 I was use to spending at Camelot. Then a minute later I was rung up and the total was $27. I said wow that's a great price...I guess there's a 25% discount for first time customers. I thought that was the icing on the cake! The cleaning job was also great. I have found my new dry cleaner! read more

Used for the first time recently and I'm impressed! clean store, location is convenient for me, plus they have drive up service and after hours options. The customer service was the best - super friendly and informative. Also, although it's a bit pricier than other cleaners, I got 20% off for being a first time customer, making it very reasonable, and got a coupon to do a brief survey for $6 off any item and another coupon when I picked up. I got the back to black service on two pairs of pants that were looking faded and they look brand new again. I have been using Tide Dry Cleaners for 4 months now and really like the service. The drop of is very convenient. They send email coupons for 20% off on a regular basis so that helps keep the costs down. What prompted me to write this review was recently I dropped a suit off to have cleaned, not knowing I accidentally left $15 in a pocket, upon pick up I found a little plastic bag with a note saying I left this in my suit. I dropped my husband's suit and two shirts off at 7:50 am this week. He needed them for a job interview the next day so I asked if these could be done the same day. The counter person assured me that anything dropped off before 8:30 am would be back by 5 pm that day. We were new customers so we also had 50 percent off so I was pleased. When my husband went to pick up his suit and shirts, the counter person could only find the shirts - no suit. The suit did not make it back from wherever the Tide cleaners had sent it! So he paid for the suit and two shirts (even though he did not get the suit). It was incredibly expensive for two shirts and a suit. And while the shirts were well pressed and nicely starched, not being able to wear the suit the next day for the interview was more than inconvenient. He did get the suit back the next day, but by then it did not matter. The company did not offer to comp him the suit cost nor did they offer any coupons to make up for their error in losing his suit. Based on the cost - which is very high - and the lack of professionalism, we will not be bothering with this company again no matter how nice the shirts looked that came back on time. read more

Find another place. They have ruined multiple expensive dress shirts on 2 occasions. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time attributing the torn collar to to wear. But the second time after I made sure the clothing was in good shape and it comes back looking like it was beaten with a rock, again with the crease in the collar torn and ratty looking. They would not replace my shirt the first time but did give me a minor credit that covered the dry cleaning cost of ruining a second shirt.
