First time, I had to make unexpected additional round trip twice because she didn't do what I requested on appointed date which is totally unacceptable and that was a few months ago. I decided to give her a second chance despite my first bad experience just because she's a Korean as I am. Guess what? Same s*** happened. Yes, my jeans were not ready on time and I wasted my time and gas for nothing again. I even gave her extra two days (my jeans were supposed to be ready on tuesday, but I went to pick up on thursday) and "I was busy" was what I got when I was there to pick up. Frustrating + Speechless. If I got a phonecall from her saying give it a few more days or w/e, so I don't need to drive all the way for nothing, I wouldn't be writing this ugly review here. But, of course no... no phonecall, no nothing. I can't believe she still can run that business with doing that. Never seen this kind of terrible business, never. Price? They close at 5:30 during the week--again, hard to get to. I stopped by to pick up an order a few weeks ago, just to find a sign posted on the door stating they'd closed early. Wasted trip. And now today I came by over lunch to pick up an order, and they have a paper sign up stating they are now closed on Wednesdays too (not reflected on Google, which shows them open). My dress turned out great - no issues there. Five stars for the job. I give three stars for the staff. While friendly, there were some incompetency issues. I was told on the phone that if I brought my dress in on Saturday, it could be turned around by Thursday afternoon. When I brought my dress in that Saturday, the two girls at the desk informed me it'd take at least two weeks. There was no manager on staff with whom I could confirm, and fearful to leave it without confirmation of the timing, I took it home and decided to come back another time. I called back on Monday morning and spoke with somebody different, and was told, again as I originally had been, that the dress would be ready by Thursday if I dropped it off that day. I did. The same two girls were there when I dropped it off and apologized for the confusion. No harm, no foul. When I went to pick up my dress that Thursday, I was met by the same two girls. it wasn't until I got it all the way home that I realized I wasn't given the original garment bag back. The dress was just covered by the standard dry cleaning plastic bag. Shame on me for not noticing before leaving, but why wouldn't it have been standard to place to original bag with my dress? One of my bridesmaids was kind enough to drive back over and pick up the garment bag, which I immediately called to ask if they had. She picked it up and brought it to me. As I went to pack up my dress, IT WASN'T MY BAG! I was given a cheaper, shorter bag instead of the one custom to my dress. We had to make yet another trip to retrieve the actual dress bag. Sure, I blame myself partially for not recognizing the issues before I left the cleaner's premises, but isn't in the cleaner's job to get it right from the start? Again, five stars for the job itself. My dress looked fantastic. My recommendation? Train your front desk staff better and get it right the first time. I'd recommend Camelot to other brides looking to have a dress pressed, but with the warning to make sure you're given what's actually yours!

Pretty simple sewing job which I would have done myself if I had an operational sewing machine. When I got it back after over a week I noticed the left side was shirred but the right side was quite flat, so the crotch was totally off center. I brought this to his attention in a very nice manner but he threw a fit and refused to accept his mistake. After going back and forth he gave me back my $15 and he had the nerve to demand that I go back the next day so he could remove all the stitches he sewed! I refused and told him he could remove it right then and there while I waited because I would NEVER EVER go back! He didn't do it so I left. Look elsewhere for your sewing needs! Background: I have been going to this tailor for a few years now (just because they are the closest) and I noticed that they often make mistakes with simple sewing requests. Worse, the owner takes offense/gets grumpy when you show and explain nicely what needs to be corrected. I'm a very patient person and always give multiple chances, but in this case I should have just stopped tolerating this crap a long time ago! Live and learn!

We came in with a dress that needed to be cleaned, and we left with a damaged dress that needs to be cleaned again. Waited a day to ensure that this review is level-headed and not emotionally driven. My Fiancé took her wedding dress here based on a referral from a friend. We had already chosen a different lady for our dress alterations and only needed the dress cleaned. After pickup we found the wedding dress (worth around 1700.00) neatly packaged in a standard clear plastic bag that was stapled closed around the outside. Our first and biggest issue was that they had stapled our dress along with the bag. Obviously, the folks here do not care to treat your property with respect. Wedding dresses are expensive, and it really doesn't take much effort to ensure that you don't put staples through your customer's clothing. While they are small holes, the dress now has little holes in it. The second issue was that there were black spots on the dress as well as hair. We had not removed the dress from the plastic bag and the hair was underneath. The third issue was that when my Fiancé took the dress back, they were confrontational and tried to defend everything. The most professional response here would have been. "I'm sorry we stapled your dress, and that we weren't able to clean it to your satisfaction. The black dots were unable to be removed, but there definitely shouldn't have been hair. Here is a full refund". Instead my Fiancé felt like she had to defend herself and argue about everything, and she left incredibly emotionally distraught. The lady yelled at her and tried to make her feel stupid. A bystander chiming in and telling her to 'leave her emotions out of it' didn't help the situation either. Ultimately we got a 75.00 cheque (roughly half the cost of the cleaning), a very bad experience and we never will be able to trust this place again.
