Ticketnet is relevant for events that are held at the SMART-Araneta Coliseum. Like other central ticketing services, there are various branches around Metro Manila that serves as ticket booths. There also is a website wherein customers can purchase tickets. Unfortunately, that's when the convenience ends. Ticketnet isn't the most transparent when it comes to available seats. While there is a web purchase feature, the system and format is quite archaic. One can't select the exact seat of choice, only the section. For a ticket rush to a high-demand event, this can turn out to be quite as its as if you're playing roulette with the random row and seat assignments. Information-wise, there isn't much clarity and consistency as well. The twitter handle or Facebook page would announce one thing, while the ticket booths will claim another. At times, even the main office and the satellite ticket booths will have conflicting claims. One can hope for a more professional approach down the road. read more

Have purchased tickets from Ticketnet before, proved to be quite easy because i often purchase from Araneta...however, this time when I tried to purchase for a UAAP game at an SM branch, supposedly a satellite ticketing site, the branch said it was not in their system and that the ticket can only be purchased at the Ticketnet Araneta office. Couldn't purchase online as it only accepts credit card payments. ...I guess convenience is not for everyone now read more

If I'm not mistaken, Ticketnet is the number one ticketing sales agent in the Philippines. All I know is that I'm a concert junkie, and majority of the tickets that I have purchased throughout the years have come from here. The convenient thing about making a purchase from Ticketnet is that it can be purchased digitally. On some occasions, the event organizer allows you to merely present the ticket at the gate and they scan the barcode. Otherwise, there's no issue with getting a hard copy as Ticketnet has outlets in almost every SM mall, at Resorts World Manila, and in SMART Amanita Coliseum. read more

They've made it so convenient that you can freely purchase concert and performing arts tickets online. In their website, they've carefully sectioned viewing through different kinds of events. I also like that facility of seeing if there are still seats available for an event. I've bought so many tickets from this company already. What's easy with this is that you can print your ticket at home and you don't need get hassled by having to go to a place to claim your ticket. They have an option of you just getting a pdf version of your ticket. So you'll just have to bring that along with your ID at the venue!
