Unfortunately, that's when the convenience ends. Ticketnet isn't the most transparent when it comes to available seats. While there is a web purchase feature, the system and format is quite archaic. One can't select the exact seat of choice, only the section. For a ticket rush to a high-demand event, this can turn out to be quite as its as if you're playing roulette with the random row and seat assignments. Information-wise, there isn't much clarity and consistency as well. The twitter handle or Facebook page would announce one thing, while the ticket booths will claim another. At times, even the main office and the satellite ticket booths will have conflicting claims. One can hope for a more professional approach down the road.

This is the most ridiculous ticket seller we have ever encountered. We live in the US and we…read morepurchased eraserheads huling el bimbo concert tickets but we are not able to make it, we authorized family member to pick up and use the ticket in our behalf, we sent receipt of purchase, authorization letter, ID, credit card statement showing the ticket has been paid for, voucher and yet SM tickets still won't release the tickets. They've made it so convenient that you can freely purchase concert and performing arts tickets online. In their website, they've carefully sectioned viewing through different kinds of events. I also like that facility of seeing if there are still seats available for an event. I've bought so many tickets from this company already. What's easy with this is that you can print your ticket at home and you don't need get hassled by having to go to a place to claim your ticket. They have an option of you just getting a pdf version of your ticket. So you'll just have to bring that along with your ID at the venue!

One can search for upcoming events via their calendar widget and you can purchase as many tickets as you'd like via their website.
