It's a cute food truck Parked in front of the Roosevelt coffee place. Its very pretty to look at. Tried out the chicken Momo's from their menu. They were freshly made as they took 10 to 15 mins to make ot for us. They taste authentic. I really loved the taste it was flavourful, juicy and had a hint of spicy in their sauce. Overall a well balanced dish. I would love to go back and try their fried rice and noodle sometime again.

This was so good!! The food truck was at Land Grant. They were having a mixture of fried rice, noodles, and the Momo! It was delicious! So many different spices and flavors. The workers were super friendly as well! The portions were good for $12 but I was still a little hungry afterward

Khunga, the proprietor of Tibetan Momo, used to manage (and cook at) the Saraga branch of Momo Ghar, so it should come as no surprise that the food at Tibetan Momo is top notch. Tibetan Momo's namesake dumplings are crescent-shaped, unlike the fat round ones found at Momo Ghar, but their skins are handmade, with that inimitable 'tooth', and the fillings are generous and tasty. The momos come with the same spicy, tomato-based sauce that you find at Momo Ghar. Khunga has also brought with him to Tibetan Momo a small sampling of other dishes - stir-fried noodles, fried rice - to round out the menu. The stir-fried noodles were equally tasty; the right balance of meat and vegetables, and that lingering depth of flavor that the Chinese call 'wok hay' (literally, the 'breath of the wok'). Khunga told me to keep an eye on their Instagram page; they'll start featuring daily specials there.

Finally tried the Tibetan Momo food truck yesterday parked at one of our local faves Land Grant. We are always looking for local spots that serve up different cultural flavors, and this was a good one! 12$ got you a full plate of noodles with choice of protein, fried rice, a couple dumplings (my favorite) and a slaw salad. I would've liked to have had a little more spice to it, otherwise delicious!

Scored some sweet Momos while enjoying jazz night at Brothers Drake. The beef momos were very juicy and flavorful and the potato cheese momos were super unique! Yum! These guys know what they're doing and the staff are all super friendly!! They brought the momos into the bar after I had placed my order, I had the restaurant experience even from a food truck. Can't wait to go back again!

Rolling up in flavor town. The chicken momos and the aloo momos are the bomb. Extra sauce makes the world go round.

Himalayan Curry & Kebob was such a wonderful find in Estes Park. We tried the vegetable biryani,…read morepaneer tikka masala, vegetable samosa, butter naan, and Gobi Manchurian, and everything had such an authentic, homemade flavor. One of my favorite parts was the house-made yogurt served with the plain rice and their pickle--simple, but absolutely delicious and the perfect complement to the meal. The Gulab Jamun was also a lovely way to finish. We did have an issue with the red wine we ordered--it tasted spoiled--but the staff handled it graciously and immediately removed it from the table without any fuss. A special shout-out to Padma, our server, who was warm, attentive, and made the experience even better. Overall, a memorable vegetarian-friendly meal with genuinely flavorful Indian and Himalayan food. Definitely worth a visit while in Estes Park!

Talk about flavor, good service (our server, Manila was extremely attentive and kind), and shareable portions We got the chicken tikka masala and butter chicken plates - the Chicken Tikka Masala was my favorite! The flavor was 10/10 with lots of chicken We also got garlic pita (came with one giant piece) but was big enough for two people Lastly, we got the Thai Tea (iced) - very creamy and good spice flavor Overall, our experience at Himalayan curry & kebab was wonderful! Highly recommend
