Sports Corner is a local shop which specializes in custom apparel. Don't be fooled by the name,…read morethey're in no way limited to sports. When you walk in, you'll see a retail sales section where you can get shirts, hoodies, sports trophies, and other school-related gear. Through another door, you'll see their screen printing area, where you can get custom print and engraving jobs done. They also offer custom embroidery onto the clothing of your choice, and it can include your favorite school, team, or a corporate logo. I've used them several times over the years. We've done one printing job with them so far (wedding invitations). I've gotten custom engraving onto metal plates to create personalized gifts. Most often, though, I get shirts embroidered there. I'll find a few shirts that I like while we're out and about, and I just bring them in, and they embroider our work logo right on it. My last order took about 8 business days to turn around, which was a little ahead of what they'd estimated. I've been very satisfied with everything they've done for us. They provide a good service, and a very good value for that service. If you are sensitive to strong smells, I do recommend going in through the retail shop. If you walk into the print shop, just be aware that it very clearly smells like a print shop. The retail portion of the business is protected from that.

WORST COMPANY EVER!! I ordered one shirt with simple text on it. Just one and they couldn't even do…read morethat! We called on Wednesday February 23rd and asked if they did one shirt orders and the woman told us that they did. I asked how much and when we could get it, she said that depends on what we needed done. We explained that it would just be some text on a green shirt, she said okay, quoted us around $35 and said that we could have it by Monday at the latest. That sounded great, so we went in to talk with her and set it up. We ordered the shirt, she repeated that we would have it Monday at the latest, told me she would text me with proofs on Friday and she charged our card. Come Monday at 11:38am (I'm noting the time because she tried to lie and said I called her multiple times in one day) I called because I never heard from her and never got proofs. She told me, "It will be ready later today or tomorrow. I'll call you." So it was pushed to Tuesday, no big deal, I told her that was fine and got off the phone. When I didn't get a call on Tuesday, I called again, once, at 5:54pm. A man answered and told me it would be Wednesday or Thursday. I asked him, would it actually be that time frame because it's a gift for someone and I need it before they leave town and he said, it's for sure that time because she just told me it was. I knew something was off so when I didn't get a call on Wednesday (today), I decided to go in and ask for a refund. I don't mind waiting for things, I really don't, but out of a courtesy for your customers you should let them know, this could take a while. This is something I told her multiple times in the store. I wouldn't be here asking for a refund if you would've just told me it would be late. Or better yet, let me know you don't have it in stock and I'll go somewhere else (another thing I told her to which she responded, where you going to go?). When I got there, I said, I would like a refund on the shirt I ordered. She refused my refund saying that he already made the screen for it. I told her, great, so it will be done today? And she said, today or tomorrow, because we had to special order your shirt from Texas and there is a blizzard. Funny how when I came in on Wednesday you didn't say that you had to special order my shirt. Had they said that, I would've picked a color they had in stock, but no, let's just jerk around our customers. I explained all this to her and it was nothing but excuse after excuse after excuse and then it turned into lie after lie! "I never said Monday at the latest." Yes you did, I have two people who were there with me when you said it. "You called me twice yesterday! I know because I remember thinking, why is she calling again!" Nope, I even offered to show her my phone, I only called once and it was late so I could give them as much time as possible to get the shirt done. She then said that me being in the store was holding up all of production and then said the thing that she seems to say to all of the customers she is rude to, "We've been a successful business for 40 years! We've never had a bad review!" That's laughable! Read the reviews on here! In the end she said, the only way we can get it done is to do it in a different color, she didn't give me an option, just told me it would be in blue and then started digging through their mess of a store to find the shirt. As I was leaving she started popping off at me again, she even stepped out from behind the counter as if she wanted to start something. The second I called her out on her lies, she went back to saying that I was the one holding up production. If you don't want to do single shirt orders that's fine, don't offer them! It's better than lying to people, stealing their money, and then saying that they are the problem. Horrible company!! Don't ever go here. Also, I just spoke to someone at my bank who is currently in Texas, and he said that they didn't and aren't having a blizzard right now. He even said last week they had some snow, but nothing major. Interesting.
