Doesn't get much better than this. Since I started driving in 2009, I was with Geico for a decade,…read morethen Progressive. I got slammed with a rate increase, so I had to shop around. This office was, by FAR, the easiest experience I have ever had quoting insurance for a vehicle. I work in insurance myself, and was almost jealous of how simple this entire process was for me, the customer. They already had my entire driving record on-hand, gave me a price ON THE PHONE during my initial call, and they're even taking care of the cancellation process with my previous carrier. I seriously didn't have to lift a finger. Super impressed and happy with this agency, especially Claudia Antigua, the broker who assisted me with setting this up. She's a pro... Period. Oh, and they cut my premium in half. Give them a shot! Trust me.

I have been a State Farm and Joseph Simone Agency customer for many years. I have a rather good…read moredriving record but I had 2 chargeable accidents in the last 30 years, 15 years apart. Although no one was hurt, damage to the other party's vehicle ran into the thousands for each incident. I NEVER suffered a rate increase, movement into the non-mutual carrier or into the assigned risk pool. The claims have been paid without saying boo! Until recently, I have been able to insure 3 vehicles at a very good price. Lately, like all insurance companies, my rates have risen dramatically. However, this is a mutual company. I remember during the depths of the COVID epidemic when no one was driving, my rates plummeted, therefore I feel that State Farm is a fair company. The Joseph Simone Agency provides an OUTSTANDING level of Customer service, exercising good guidance on whet coverage I need. they have sold me what is important and economical and have not tried to sell unneeded coverage. Therefore, I am very well protected. In addition to servicing my insurance needs, they have provided notary and witness service for Power of Attorney and Healthcare Proxy forms, all at no charge. The entire staff as well as Mr. Simone provide 5 Star, World Class customer service.
