They were professional, friendly, saved me money on insurance and I trusted them. Over the years their professionalism and the services they provide severely declined. I sent my boyfriend to them in April for auto insurance and it took them weeks to finally insure him as many phone calls and messages went unreturned. Months later we attempted to insure our home with them and again it took them weeks to get back to us with a quote. We eventually took our business somewhere else. When I notified them that I wanted to cancel my auto policy the owner herself, Mary Graf told me that she would process my request and see if she can expedite my refund since we needed the money as we were recent home owners. Over 3 weeks went by and I still didn't have a refund so I called the insurance company directly to inquire about the status. I was informed that Mary Graf and her agency never sent my cancellation request to them and the insurance company was scheduled to withdraw my monthly payment from my checking account the next day! Stay away from this agency. They are incompetent and don't deserve your business.
