Brian and Ned are truly the best and we are so lucky to have found them when we moved to Plainview! We contacted them back in October of 2018 and got set up with home insurance and car insurance. We were switching from Geico for our cars, and got a much better premium with State Farm! We ultimately also added life insurance, as well as an umbrella policy. Throughout the years when I've contacted Brian with any issues that arise, he helps me right away. Recently with the COVID relief program, they helped us receive a lower premium and also a refund on some months we paid when we were not driving at all. We also leased 2 new cars in the past few weeks, and Brian made the process seamless for us. When we went to BMW to pick up the second car today, the sales person and finance manager actually went out of their way to tell us how dealing with Brian was the easiest and to make sure to thank him! They told us horror stories of waiting on hold with other insurance agencies for 45 minutes and they can't seem to get it right. Brian gets it right the first time and is quick with doing so! I never realized the benefit to having a local agent, but I definitely appreciate having an agency right near our house that I can call at any time if I need help. Thanks Brian and Ned! read more

Helpful, honest and efficient. Looked at our USAA policy and found major problems (insufficient coverage) - was then able to switch us to get the right amount of coverage and kept us within our budget. When we got into an accident we were walked through the process of how to put in a claim. Made it super easy! I waited 6 months to post this review because it's easy to be sold coverage... but to be sold assistance is a different (Wonderful) thing to receive! read more

He trains everyone in his office to have tons of integrity just like him. By far one of the most trustworthy and nicest guys I know.
