I had to contact the attorney general, on the advice of my pplsi legal service to make them return unauthorized charges to my account. Several years after that I tried them again Worse thing I could do. Not only did I pay a down payment, they claimed the $ was not in the bank acct!. I went though the trouble of proving by bank personnel and printout that the cash was still sitting in the account! Now because this progressive office was not in my same state they claim one a payment fails your pretty much banned from using progressive.
