Kenny and his team first did my downstairs bathroom - the video won't load, so maybe I'll get a pic later. (work was done last year) Then they turned my sinking shed into a beautiful pool house (got those photos). (work was done last year) Then they fixed my AC this summer - brand new unit, condenser and whatever's up in the attic. I'm calling on them for the little fixes as well, kitchen, bathroom - I need upgrades...they are reasonable, honest (already-mentioned), and they or his team will come back immediately if anything is unsatisfactory or not to my liking...and fix it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I recently found out they also have been doing work with my brother-in-law - keeping it in the family! And that's what this team is to me now, family.

15 years ago, Goias Home Improvement did a great job of remodeling and restructuring our bathroom…read moreand kitchen, so when we needed help now repairing termite damage to our bathroom floor and other maintenance tasks, we once again called Gil. Gil's team replaced and re-tiled the bathroom floor, removed the tub and put in a wonderful new shower with a marble bench and grab bar. We were happy to be able to keep the existing cabinetry and wall tile. Outside, Gil's teams put on a new roof, removed and reinstalled a skylight window to address leakage, and repaired two places where the roof was leaking. Gil's carpenter replaced the decking on our rear deck and our side porch. All new steps were built. The front porch decking was painted and new steps were built. The entire house was power washed and the gutters were cleaned. Leakage damage in the kitchen was repaired and the kitchen was painted. Every task was completed quickly and expertly. Gil is honest and very easy to work with. All work was completely quickly and without problem. I highly recommend Gil and Goias Home Improvement.

Floor was totally unenforceable from one room to the next done by clearly unskilled laborers. Had to rip it out and do it all over again with a different less expensive experienced contractor who did an impeccable job! The total house paint job was a total disaster - simply disgraceful!! I had to have the house completely repainted!! The owner is high priced and truthfully nasty!! Deal with them at your own risk!!!

I wish I could give 6 stars, because Sam's Construction and Renovation is in a class by itself! I…read morehired Sam and his team to renovate my master bedroom suite. The scope of the project was a planned remodeling of my master bedroom and master retreat which included new flooring throughout, new lighting fixtures, painting, and installation of a new electric linear fireplace. I was impressed by Sam on our initial phone communications- he was extremely professional and offered many suggestions that we ultimately included in the final project. After we signed the contract, he started work on the exact day that he had promised, and he and his team worked every day until it was completed. They actually finished a bit earlier than stated on the contract! Each of Sam's workers were very respectful of my property, and always left the work area very clean. Throughout the process, Sam showed a particular attention to detail that I truly appreciated. He has a good eye for color, and helped me to pick out colors for my walls, flooring and fireplace tile that really complement each other. Sam and his team constructed a wall length framing for the fireplace that truly exceeded my expectations. The finished product is simply breathtaking! Sam and his team will be returning after the holidays for the 2nd phase of the project, which will transform the master retreat into a custom designed walk in closet. I am certainly looking forward to working with Sam again!
