John worked tirelessly for us to find us a piece of property. We are from out of state, so it was no easy feat. He did drive-bys, took photos, returned our numerous phone calls and emails, and helped us sort out what we wanted. He showed us alternatives, and kept us apprised of what the market was doing, provided historical data, and a sense of what the market might look like going forward.
