When he sold our daughter her first home he treated her as his own daughter, explained everything to her, and even installed a garage door opener for her the day of closing as a surprise. He explained current loan programs, and new home purchasing laws that were applicable to our needs. We had actually switched to using him after using an agent who was none of those things--too much 'fluff' and not enough honesty. Take our advice: go with a realtor that knows the market where you want to buy a house and can provide you the attention you need to get the one you want. Jim listened to what we needed and showed a genuine interest in finding our new home- just as we imagined it to be. Jim was always very responsive (no matter what time of day or week), and his customer portal helped us narrow down our options for our scheduled 'shopping trips.' He went above and beyond for us in many ways, specifically when he went in to fix an item on the inspection list for us! Jim definitely knows how to get the job done-- and done right. He made the buying process smooth and closing was on-time (actually a few days early). He has a great sense of humor and such a calming demeanor. And he always stayed neutral, so we never felt like he was 'talking us into' one property to another. You'd be crazy not to go with Jim!

That impressed me. They're going the extra mile for their clients, knowing that I will give them my best every time. My business is referral based and my referrals usually come from my former clients and their friends or family members. With another professional putting their name on the line for me, it adds to my credibility and when their name on the line is as strong as Greg Garrett Realty it is even stronger for me.I have referred business to Greg as well and I know that he will follow through each time that I do. I trust them and I think you should too. Sincerely, Perry Coons PCRE Denver, CO

This firm represented the buyers when I sold my home recently and their agent basically did nothing, didn't send addendums in a timely fashion, didn't send needed information to their lender in a timely fashion and really just didn't do her job which resulted in closing delays and so many headaches. I would never suggest using this agency or accepting an offer represented by them. And this isn't the first time I've been burned by one of their agents but it will absolutely be the last.

We consulted with 2 flooring companies and were very pleased we chose Williamsburg Flooring and Design. After an initial walk through Dwayne Hall was able to provide a fair estimate and when we showed up at the showroom to consider our options we were very impressed with how he recalled the spaces in our home and was able to help us make the best choices for our flooring. Not only did Mr. Hall's team replace damaged tile in our bathroom without us having to replace all the tile, they did a fantastic job laying tile in our kitchen, guest bath and pre-finished wood flooring in our living room, master bedroom and dining room. We chose a decorative tile in our kitchen which has been placed with precision against the solid tile. It makes a lovely pattern that is not too busy. We stayed with laminate in our master closet and that too was perfectly placed. Williamsburg Flooring does it all!!! All the work was done very professionally and in a timely manner without any extra cost. Each team that came in our home was kind, considerate, cleaned up after themselves and worked hard to get their job done accurately and without any delay. Dwayne was very good about staying in touch through the whole process. I would highly recommend Williamsburg Flooring and Design for any floor work you need done in your home.

The showroom looked nice and promising until we noticed no one was on the floor. We walked around and waited for around 20-30 minutes, chatting and looking at options on our own. We weren't trying to be quiet because we'd hoped someone would eventually notice us. When someone finally did notice, he sat us down and tried to schedule a walkthrough of where we'd need the floor. When we told him we just wanted advice on floor options, he insisted they needed to come to our house with a group of people to check it out first no matter what. We explained we didn't need that, but he kept insisting he needed to visit our home. We didn't appreciate how pushy he was and how unheard we felt so we left.

He is not only an exceptional real estate professional, but an even better human being. In difficult moments, Adam is the kind of person who shows up, follows through, and makes you feel supported every step of the way. Over the years, Adam has helped our family buy and sell several homes, so when my husband unexpectedly passed away while we were in the process of building our dream home, I didn't hesitate for a second to call him. I was suddenly faced with selling our family home of 40 years on my own, something my husband had always handled, and I was overwhelmed by the thought of navigating it alone. From our very first meeting, Adam immediately put my mind at ease. He listened carefully to what I wanted, answered every question with patience and kindness, and explained each step of the process thoroughly. He understood the emotions tied to selling a home filled with decades of memories, and he handled everything with such compassion, professionalism, and care. Adam and his assistant, Sam, truly took care of everything for me. Their communication, attention to detail, and support throughout the process were incredible. Within 24 hours, we had an offer over asking price, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Adam is the #1 agent on the Peninsula for a reason. His knowledge, dedication, negotiation skills, and commitment to his clients are unmatched, but what truly sets him apart is the kind of person he is. He genuinely cares about the people he works with and goes above and beyond to support them, especially during life's hardest moments. I cannot recommend Adam highly enough.
