She is rude and does bot care about anyone but herself. I would say of you dont want a headache and dealing with someone that does care that your toilet isnt working when you have 2 small children in the house then stay away from this lady and her rental properties. I am going to warn everyone I know about her and her properties. The guy she hires to do her work is her boo thing and he knows it and talks all kinds of crap about her when he is in the house doing the work about her and even says he over charges her because she takes forever to pay him.. Also if you dont want an extra $2000 billed to you when you move out Run like forrest and keep running. she charges $125 to add batteries to smoke detectors and to rehang them when there is only 2 maybe 3 in the house. What kind of damn batteries is she buying? She talks about everyone ever her so called friends. someone who talks to you about everyone is doing the same thing to you behind your back. Watch out for this lady! Karma is a real thing!!
