They were so sweet and firm and large! I had a lot of fun picking exactly what I wanted The premises were gorgeous. They had other items besides strawberries. They had a nursery and outside a bunch in plants and small trees. I ended up walking out with an olive tree. It is still alive though has not produced any olives yet. Will come back next year for more strawberry picking!

While we waited for the event to begin, we walked around the shop and loved seeing the beautiful variety of flowers with everything from potted plants and hanging baskets to herbs and vegetables you can take home and plant yourself. When we headed back outside, we noticed a huge strawberry field behind the store, plus an ice cream area serving fresh strawberry ice cream, which was such a sweet surprise. However, there was a ton of live plants and truckloads of fresh vegetables for sale. Couple that with gourmet cheeses and baked and canned goods and you have a situation you could spend a lot of money on. As a snack, we bought a jalapeño cheese roll which was very good. You could definitely do some wallet damage here. I'd like to see this place on a weekend. My one criticism are the produce prices. $3.99/lb for slicing tomatoes and $12 for a watermelon. Other produce is equally expensive. This is rather boujee pricing and it's obvious they aren't targeting the average consumer. I love supporting local farmers but prices like this make it difficult. Come and check it out for yourself. It really is a sight to see and you could spend a whole morning or afternoon here. But guard your wallet. It would be easy to get carried away here.

The grounds are fantastic, with multiple food vendors on site, including some of the best empanadas I've ever had, and a gift shop that knocked out most of my Christmas shopping in advance with super unique and local gifts. The highlight of the day, though, was the alpacas, chickens, and goats. Holl & Stone supply free hay and free corn so you can feed them yourself. Thank you to Burton and Dustin for creating such a wonderful community gathering place. We'll definitely be back!

This farm stand is located right off Ten Ten road near Lake Wheeler Road. It is easy to access and offers ample parking in their gravel lot. I've visited numerous times and am always greeted. The employees are friendly and helpful. The fresh produce is hit or miss, but I usually leave with what I need. Most recently I stopped here for zucchini and before that peaches and blackberries. The produce is fresh and of good quality. Prices and names are labeled and the produce is organized. They accept cash and card. They are pricier than grocery stores and other farm stands, but worth it for the quality and convenience. Overall, I have had good experiences here and recommend this farm stand to others!
