So impressed with this place!!! Thy did such a great job with my cut!! I did not expect to get the exact haircut I wanted for only $40!!! I've been searching for so long to find someone affordable that could do great layers for long hair! I had so much dead hair and needed a refresh!! I showed her inspo pics and she did exactly what I asked for!! Will definitely be back to get my cuts here! Thy was so sweet and the place was kept clean!! Also, to add on, their hair washing was 10/10 they probably spent 10 minutes just washing and massaging my scalp! It felt amazing lol P.s. the coloring was done by a previous salon

I made an appointment call about 1.5 weeks in advance and was about 20 mins late, but the salon owner was very accommodating and told me to drive safe. My cousins recommended me to this salon since the salon owner does layers really well and I really like how my cut and style came out! I showed pictures from their yelp reviews as reference. It was $40 for cut, wash, blow dry, and style for my hair length and hair type. There is no different price for without a hair wash because the wash is included as free in the overall price. read more

Literally cannot recommend more- The service and quality exceeded my expectations by far! For just $40, you get a haircut, hair wash (love the scalp massage), blow dry, AND they style it to finish it all off. For my hair length (reached my lower back), it did cost an additional $5 but hey, it's cause I have longer hair and that's perfectly reasonable! I gave a call after seeing so many positive reviews and landed an appointment the same day! They do get busy so be sure to book yours beforehand. Cô Thy made me feel so comfortable and not even joking I was a blink away from dozing off. I felt so relaxed and I just felt like she really knew what she was doing. And she did! I was in need of getting my hair done before going on a trip, so I found this place on Yelp that takes walk-ins. My hair was super grown out, so I wanted to get an all over color, specifically black cherry, and a trim. The team here is very cohesive, and I felt taken care of overall. This is a very traditional auntie style salon, but they do a great job at washing your hair thoroughly. My hair color came out gorgeous! This was my first time here and I will be coming to Co Thy everytime for all my haircuts!! She is so sweet & amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she knew exactly what I wanted and executed my idea perfectly. She styled my hair beautifully and gave me some tips on how to style my new curtain bangs! Co Thy also does nails & more hair services such as highlights,ombres, Brazilians, and more! I'm very impressed. The salon was clean and very spacious and relaxing. It was $40 for wash & cut. -Cut off wayyy more than I requested, I wanted a 1-2 inch trim and now my hair is 6 inches shorter -Took in 3 different walk ins before she got to me even when I made an appointment -Doesn't know how to style any hair except straight hair -Charged me more than price advertised Wouldn't recommend unless you've been with her before and like her work I went to her because of TikTok, but lesson learned to not trust tiktoks read more

You get what you pay for- also huge communication barrier. I asked for a trim and walked out with layers. After specifically requesting no layers. Also noticed that the brushes aren't cleaned between clients, not very hygienic. I am so disappointed with the hair cut she gave me, I asked her to stop cutting short during the trim and she continued. read more

Chi Thy was very helpful throughout the whole process. I came in and they took my in for a walk-in right away since it was empty. She thoroughly asked me if what she was doing looked okay for me and asked me for my reference pic so she can deliver what I wanted. She also tried her best to fix my bangs but because my hair was split a certain way for so long, it was harder than she thought; she gave me tips on how to maintain my hair and the bangs. Very comfortable salon and I felt very welcomed. read more

i saw such good ratings about this place on social media so i decided to give this place a try, and it did not disappoint. thy did such a good job because she listened to everything i wanted for my hair. i have really long, thick asian hair and i wanted layers and face frame pieces for my bangs; she was able to do all of that for me. i emphasized that i wanted my length still but just a little trimming on the dead ends and she did in fact keep my length still. the whole time, she was making sure i was okay with the length that she was cutting it because she knew i didn't want my hair short. i'd recommend coming here for your haircut if you're in the area and make sure to ask for thy! 10/10 would come back again when i need a cut again! read more

I saw a tiktok video on her haircut and decided to try her out. Just like someone else stated on how she cut way to much off same issue happened to me. I asked for two inches and she got off 6!!!! I kept telling her not to cut more and she did NOT listen. Also, she fried my hair off. I had to ask her 5x to apply heat protectant and she didn't do so even though she had some on her counter. She didn't NOT understand curtain bangs or layers. When i explained to her what I wanted she did not understand and kept talking crap in her language. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. NOW MY HAIR IS CHOPPY AND SHORT. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RESULTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I went in yesterday at 9:30 and asking to dye it. I didn't get what i asked for at all i was aiming til still remain brown head with some nice highlights and was messed up twice. At first the women made me blonde, i told her i didn't even ask for this at all, and she but hair coloring in, and i ended up an aubourn headed person. I still paid for the service that she messed up on, because i felt rude not paying. I've been upset with my hair all day and so bum i got nothing o asked for, felt like the women doing my hair only really started to talk to me and focus on my hair once i complained to her that i got nothing I asked for, everyone else seemed very attentive to thier clients when it came to thier hair coloring service but mine did not and felt like doing what she wanted to do to my hair.

I showed him a picture and he let me know ahead of time it would require a lot of thinning. I asked him if we can keep it a little thicker and he said yes, and if there was any adjustment, just let him know! Super understanding, knew exactly what I wanted, I'm so happy with my hair.

I was hoping to get a new style and some highlights, possibly balayage done, and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. Thoa was so warm and kind on the phone - when I said I just wanted to walk in, she was willing to accommodate me quickly. When I got there I saw that it was simple, well kept, clean. Thoa was friendly and attentive to my inspo pictures. You never know how a new stylist will work, but from the moment I sat down she told me she could do my hair like some of the pictures and she effortlessly went to mix the colors and immediately went to work on my hair. I swear she is a total pro! No hesitation in her movements - she knew exactly what she was doing...she could do this in her sleep! She easily touched up my roots and put in my highlights with impeccable skill. Then after the washout and blow dry (sweet Kim helped too) she quickly trimmed and shaped my hair and gave me the cutest curtain bangs! When I got up from the chair I felt like a model! I was blown away! I'm telling you I came in with plain hair and came out looking like a celebrity! (Hopefully I can keep up the look at home!) She gave me a great price too! The proof is when I called my husband on FaceTime. I have never seen him so giddy, he was smiling so much, and even blushed at how beautiful he thought I looked!!! I'm serious - Thoa has mad skills! Anh Tuong took care of me right away. I told him I wanted soft baby highlights while keeping a darker base, and he instantly understood my vision. I'm not always very on top of…read moreit; it's recommended you do it every 3-4 (preferably 3) months or else you risk banding (uneven/patchy bleaching) due to your growth being uneven (the line where your bleach ends and virgin hair starts only stays straight for about 3 months). It also makes it harder for your stylist(s) to touch it up. With all of this in mind, Huy has been nothing but accommodating towards me--even the times I've returned to him with 4+ months worth of growth. My hair is naturally a level 1-2 and my goal is a level 9-10 pale blond... not easy to achieve. I had to go through 3 before I found Blue Sky Hair. Don't be discouraged by any negative reviews you might see. English isn't their native language, but they will try their utmost best to accommodate for you and communicate with you. They are experts at their craft and I am lucky to have found them.
