After purchasing the wood didn't think much about the price until I wen to the HD, sticker shock is what we will call it. The people made me feel like I did not know what I was doing which in fact I don't work in construction so maybe I looked like I was in the wrong place and that was an excuse to not be 100% helpfull. They were so helpful every single time we needed them. I am a decorator and I am helping my son remodel their kitchen. Our biggest challenge in the home was the kitchen. With it being a smaller size kitchen our challenge was trying to get everything he wanted into the room without making it look crowded. To start the process, New Box drew us kitchen plans that help them be able to see the cabinets, all the kitchen equipment and created a space for a pantry. The way they drew the kitchen allowed us to see the flow of the space. Honestly both locations helped us with their cabinets, guidance on a color or style, marble verses manmade stone. When a company has only 5 star reviews, I wonder if the are real but this company deserves all the five stars reviews. We will add a photos to this review after stone counters, appliances, flooring and lighting are finished. New Box showed us multiple price options before we made a decision.

At first a as a frequent visitor and now as a part time resident of Vail Valley. Last week we stopped in and I bought a pair of hiking boots and my wife picked up a few things. Without looking closely at them except for size we walked out. Once home the $80.00 sweater had a spot on it. (Inexpensive item but it was cute). When we tried to return it exchange the young salesman with a beard said my wife had worn it even though it had the tag still on it. He clearly stated she was a liar and nothing could be done. We emailed the owners Mike and Mary who know my wife by sight when they see her. No response so far. You decide if you want to shop at a store where the young employees are so poorly trained that they insult their customers. After many years and thousands of dollars, we will shop at home or on line for the things that we use to go out of our way to support local business. We will never set foot in this store again. "Gentleman" on the phone got an attitude and said no - unfortunately you have to be in before 10 - gave 0 care i was waiting for my nephew to get off the mountain after being overwhelmed and taking forever to get down. Plenty of other rental places in the area - you should avoid this one in my opinion. My twelve year old twins loved the bikes and had a blast riding to Frisco. Even my wife who doesn't like to bike loved it. Only two or three hills other than that It was all down hill.
