Fantastic mattress buying experience (something I never thought I'd say...). Austin was wonderful - listened to our needs and price point, and then immediately gave us three options that fit that. No pressure to buy or upgrade, and plenty of space to test and re-test the mattresses we were considering. We opted to have the mattress delivered and our old one taken away, and that process was really easy and fast. We had been putting off buying a mattress for ages, but the whole process was so easy. Absolutely would recommend Denver Mattress and the Frisco store! read more

No listing here for the Glenwood Springs store, so I'll just review here. Applied for credit for a bed and mattresses, and got denied, even though my credit was good enough to buy a $30,000 car. The guys were young and I don't think they knew what they were doing. read more

Friendly staff was very helpful. Austin got me exactly what I needed. Will come back again when I need a new mattress or pillow. read more

I stopped in to check out the ability to get a mattress quickly, and the store manager Austin, was such a huge help. He explained that they have most mattresses in stock and can usually deliver the next day! I also asked if he had any mattress bags for some bunk bed mattresses I was planning to sell. He was very accommodating and handed me 2 bags for FREE! read more

I wish I could remember his name but this guy was knowedable, so nice and I would highly recimmend Denver Mattress!

JeKhari Daily gave me amazing customer service at Denver mattress in Frisco this past Thursday. Very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I went into the Denver mattress location in Frisco the other night just to get a feel of mattresses. As luck would have it Robert was working that evening, we hit it off immediately. He is an extraordinary sales person. I've had bad luck and bad experiences buying mattresses in the past, Robert was awesome! No pressure, very very knowledgeable, and quite humorous! I purchased a mattress from Robert this evening. I am confident that I will be more than happy with my purchase. Need a mattress go see Robert. read more

Our in store buying experience was fine, however I was very disappointed in their delivery service. We waited a full week for delivery (so they could be sure they had everything the salesman told us) and we were told at delivery there were no sheets! We had ordered two sets. They are split King sized sheets made especially for Temperpedic beds. I'm so disappointed in their oversight. Considering the amount of money we spent, they should have overnighted the sheets and made sure they had everything on our order! read more

Recently purchased a mattress from here. Robert was such a pleasure to work with, making it quick and easy to decide. He probably spent an hour and a half just helping us pick out a bed. Our first thought walking into a mattress store was "here we go, just like a car sales man." But again, such a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Denver Mattress to a friend!! read more

We accidentally stumbled across the brand new Denver Mattress in Frisco last Saturday night while looking to get some fro-yo in the same shopping area. Coincidentally, my boyfriend and I had been looking for a new mattress that evening and had just left one of their competitors after getting frustrated with their salesperson and hard selling techniques. Little did we know that Denver Mattress had only opened a day prior to our visit. The employees there were knowledgable, welcoming and not pushy at all. After trying a few mattresses, we chose one that cost over 35% less than the bed we were looking at in the competitors store - and the two beds felt the same! Our shopping experience at Denver Mattress was a night and day contrast to the experience we had a few hours earlier. I'd highly recommend checking out this place if you're in need of a new mattress in Summit County. read more

The store is nicely laid out but the people I worked with were phenomenal. The sales rep Ryan listened before he made recommendations and then was patient as we tweaked some of our order. The deliver guys, lead by Jaret, were professional but also consultative recommending something I needed to do to ensure a comfortable setup. Plus super reasonable prices! read more

We received terrific customer service and advice from Lisa Ramos at this Denver Mattress store. Lisa greeted us quickly and immediately began listening carefully to our problems and needs. She took us directly to a selection of mattresses that fit our criteria and budget, and we got a great deal on a wonderfully comfortable hybrid (coils plus memory foam). The Labor Day sale meant we got free pillows and a mattress pad, and the delivery was dirt cheap. read more

Extremely happy with the entire experience. Megan was knowledgeable and gave me good options. Delivery was perfect and above all, I am enjoying a full night's sleep regularly!! I bought Madison Plush with adjustable base. read more

My husband and I decided it was finally time to buy a new mattress yesterday and stopped into a few other stores in the county to get an idea of what we wanted. After being un-acknowledged by the staff at the first 3 stores, we walked into Denver Mattress and were warmly greeted by The manager, Mr. Roberto Lopez. We told him we were shopping around and new to the experience of buying a mattress and he listened intently to everything we had to say and what we were looking for in a mattress (which we honestly didn't know much!) He explained the layout of the showroom which I will add, was not overwhelming with an abundance of choices. They had the name brand mattresses like Tempur-pedic on one side of the room, and the mattresses they make on the other side. Roberto started us off by asking us how we slept and then showed us 3 models that he thought would fit our needs, and then recommended 1 out of those 3 to start with. Long story short we quickly fell in love with the Doctors Choice Elite Plush, king size mattress. I'm actually surprised at how easy the process was, and most importantly stress free. I've never made a large purchase like this before without sleeping on it first (pun intended) but everything about this experience felt right, so we bought it right away. Roberto also took the time to help us pick a good mattress protector and explained to us all of the warranties and guarantees with our new purchase, which I will also say was an extremely reasonable price. We live in fairplay (about 35-40 miles away and over Hoosier pass) and this store does deliver which is fantastic! All around hands down a wonderful experience. I am so glad we took the time to stop in to this store and strongly recommend others to do the same! Thank you so much again Mr. Lopez. My husband, pups, and myself have never been happier. read more

From the time we walked into this store we felt like we got the royal treatment from Lisa Ramos. She is personable, knowledgeable, and will ensure you are confident and happy with your purchase. We took a couple of weeks to make up our minds and didn't receive any pressure. The day we finally purchased I changed my mind and she was right there with me to help me see the benefits and disadvantages. Wish we had more people with her honesty and work ethic around here. We just had our mattresses delivered by Sergei. We have a narrow spiral staircase that quite possibly made our delivery the worst he has ever encountered. He went above and beyond and ensured we were satisfied before he left. Again, we are so impressed by the services of this store. read more

GREAT service and expertise to make sure I got a bed for my lifestyle and pocket. Thanks, Denver Mattress!

We needed a new mattress and thought we knew what we wanted. Robert is not only incredibly personable but knowledgeable and professional. We had a fabulous and fun experience buying a mattress, not what you might expect. His colleague Jaret is also very helpful. read more

I recently purchased a new mattress and box spring set from this location and could not be happier with my decision. The woman helping me was very helpful with the selection.
