Even at that we are still waiting for them to get the custom cut blinds completed. We had to send multiple emails and leave phone calls to get an update. We were told that Hunter Douglas had a machine that was broken. Also that they were "looking" for a template that went missing. In any event, they still have done nothing to make the situation more palatable. Andy, if you see this, here is an easy solution. How about offering a discount for the delays and problems we have encountered? They may be the largest dealer of HD blinds in Summit County, but they are extremely slow to respond after getting your deposit. I would never use them again and would stray away. The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! While driving there we talked to the owner again and she said actually No we couldn't return it and that it was our fault the D hook snapped. She said we didn't know what we were doing and it was our fault. My husband called her and didn't get to say a word and she proceeded to rant and yell at him. Is this how an owner of a small business should treat their customers? We have no interest in doing business with this store. We will repair the hook and sell it at a loss rather than deal with her.

The person working the cash register looked it up and said it would be $51. 3 minutes later, I found the EXACT same shawl in a small which had a price tag of 41.50 (the first one was a medium). We asked him to honor the price, and he said "nope, mediums probably cost more because, you know extra fabric." Okay, first of all, that's not how clothes work. But to humor him my friend tried on the small and it fit, and we asked to get that one. "Nope (again) all sales are final (he and not told us that). You can't exchange it, for the exact same item for the correct price. You CAN go buy something else for the price difference (not easy to do), so she bought a bracelet and paid more. Such a contrast to the experience I'm accustomed to shopping on Frisco Main Street. NOT a good reflection on our town at all. I will never bring a guest there again. Plenty of other local shops who treat locals and visitors well.

The owners, Samantha and Allen, are what make Studio 2b truly special. They both have great taste for the showroom displays, as well as in recommendations for customers. Samantha and Allen strike that perfect balance between being personable and professional, and both are very knowledgeable about the products. They are one of a kind in the Denver area. The last time that I was in the showroom, a couple came all the way from the east coast just because the customer service at Studio 2b is that much better than a similar showroom in New York! To wrap up, I highly recommend Studio 2b to anyone who is in the market for high-end European kitchens and commend them for offering an amazing, customer-oriented experience!
