The last headboard that took 9 months was a light gray and we ordered the darker shade. All of our order was for a vacation rental miles away from our home so we went through wasted time waiting for our delivery as well as the mileage expense. I needed a new bed ASAP and went to Aley Bair on 10/9/2020. I picked out a $1,479.00 bed and a $1,719.00 mattress that was on sale for just under $800.00. I paid for delivery the next day. When I reviewed the receipt they had not given me the sale price, i.e. they over charged me by (my best recollection) about $ 900+. When I called they demurred and said that mattress was no longer available. I fell for it and spent even more-$2000.00- on a different mattress. Then when they got to within 500 feet of my house today, they stopped the truck and refused to deliver. They have a new white truck that the owner says is worth $90,000 and they can't get any scratches on it. My road is wide enough for UPS/Fed-X/Semi's/Moving Vans-but not Aley's new white trucks. So I offered to help carry it all in. They said no because their 2d delivery man was only 16 and they just couldn't stress him like that. Keep in mind I am a 62 year old woman--and I was fine with it. Then they offered to bring the bed frame in and sell me that but no mattress. Are you kidding? I thought this place was so expensive b/c they offered good service. I just lost 2 days over their shenanigans! And when I tried to speak to the owner, all she did was talk on top of me. We had a problem with one of the appliances, and had little help from the manufacturer. Rick, the Silvertorne manager, stepped in and had the appliance replaced. All three appliances were delivered and installed by Brad Waters and his associates. He is a knowledgable, considerate, and personable young man. We were informed days before delivery. We got a text the day before every delivery informing us of the time frame of the delivery. If you are in Summit County, Colorado and are looking to purchase appliances or mattresses, I HIGHLY recommend this store. This is all they specialize in, and they do it well, matching any price in the county.

Was not asked for payment which I thought was odd, but since I was picking this up at the store, figured that is when/where I needed to pay. Later, my wife gets a call saying the oven is not available. When I follow up, the excuse is that they made an error on the price. Should they not honor this price? I later called a 'supervisor', JonathanFfriedman whom claimed to be the district manager. Very rude, said he couldn't do anything about this, so I asked to speak with someone higher whom had the clout to make a decision. Mr. Friedman became very belligerent, stating HE was the top dog. Then he abruptly hung up on me. This is how they deal with a customer trying to give this company another chance after multiple mistakes. I realized why they did not ask for payment up front. If I could have paid online we would have a contract. So I am assuming this is their common practice for backing out of their word. Very dishonorable. In my opinion, a reputable company would have honored the stated price (also recorded with computer screenshots). Then, if it was their listing error, go back and fix the issue. This would only cost them whatever their markup is on this one appliance, and show good faith. Instead their different departments chose to point fingers at other departments, giving me the run around ending up with a Mr. Jonathan Friedman, whom I guess owns the company ("no one is higher than me"). Hopefully, the negative reviews I leave for this company will cost them more than their savings on one oven's profit.

GO ELSEWHERE~ Bad integrity with warranty!…read more I purchased a VERY expensive wool\spring mattress from Urban Mattress with a 20 year NON-prorated warranty. $3,095 + tax. The mattress is failing and there are sunken areas in which my body now sinks in around 25% (I mostly sleep on my back)! I weigh slightly over 100lbs. I'm not a heavy person putting undo stress on the mattress. Based on some comments from Urban Mattress, I've discovered this mattress is failing for many people, not just me. The customer service lady first offered to replace with a USED display mattress! That's not what the promise of the warranty is! They are refusing to replace it with the same despite the NON-PRORATED warranty, unless I pay an additional $900. They want me to participate in their replacement cost! I even offered to let them substitute with a different but similar brand of wool mattress that costs less. They said no. They said they'd replace (for free) with a latex mattress. I did not purchase a latex mattress! I purchased a very expensive wool one because I'm allergic to latex and also chemical sensitive. Wool mattresses have no toxins, no latex, do not off gas, and have no toxic fire retardants. The customer service person (not sure, but I think she's the daughter of the owner) said her mother and sister have latex allergies and were OK with their latex and asked me to try one of their organic latex pillows. I agreed in hopes of compromise and getting this resolved, even though it's not a wool mattress. I tried the organic latex pillow and broke out in hives. Of all the crazy off the wall things, after breaking out in hives from the latex pillow test, they offered to give me a free box spring instead of a new mattress to replace my failed mattress. I have a platform type bed that I bought from them when I purchased the mattress. It is 100% complaint with the mattress warranty and in very good condition! My 20 year non-prorated warranty is for the mattress! It's not for a box spring, not a latex mattress... it's for a wool\spring mattress. Shop elsewhere! They don't stand behind the warranty's for their mattresses.
