I found Mazon's A/C about 3 years ago and from the first time they came to my house I was impressed and extremely happy with their work and customer service. If there is a problem, they take care of it and if you need to ask any follow-up questions they will be happy to answer them. Their prices are very fair and if you do not need the work done they will tell you, not charge for something that is not needed. Like today...after this very hot weekend it seemed the a/c was not cooling as well as it normally does so I called, he and his son came over and as it turns out my compressor was full of freon. Only charged for the service call. Mazon's has my trust as a business!!!!

I had Jose repair my block wall and stucco it. The wall construction was fine, and I felt the…read moreprice was fair. HOWEVER, his prep and cleanup was horrible. They mixed concrete on my back lawn, leaving a 3' square area of cement residue, as well as cement at the base of the wall in the grass. They also dumped concrete debris in my trash bin instead of removing it...I'm 73 and couldn't move it...had to have a neighbor help get it to the curb. I complained when asked for feedback, and they apologized and had him come back the same day to chip it out and haul it away, I was pleased with the response, and I hope this will not happen on any other of his jobs! He and his crew were good workers, but may need more monitoring....

I will definitely be calling them for future work if I need any.

I called Mike O on July 14th after some "micro bursts" hit the valley area on July 13th…read more Mike was quick to respond and assessed the damage to the roof as a result of the storm. He provided a timely and competitive quote to repair the roof. He was patient as I had to deal with my insurance company in this matter in regards to making a claim after the storm damage which included the roof and interior water damage. Luckily we dodged any additional storms during the waiting time. Mike was back on the 21st and repaired the damaged portion as well as attending to some other loose areas on my roof. Mike O and his crew were prompt, polite and took the time to show and explain the damage to me. Mike and his company are getting 4 stars for now as we have not had rain again in this part of the valley to test the quality of his repair. It has held up to high winds, but there hasn't been any water with the winds to insure the seal on the roof. After an additional rain, I will adjust the stars and review accordingly ;)

Please be cautious as they DO NOT know how to do electrical work. After paying for them to do electrical work that Bret assured me he knew how to do, my home is still wired improperly, and some outlets now do not work at all. Bret and Keith took on a remodel for me and were paid more than 25k, yet they left my home a mess. Bret assured me several times that he and Keith would return to correct their shoddy work, yet neither returned. When I asked when they planned to return, Bret sent me a text and stated that they required an additional $3,500. to complete the job (to finish work I have already paid them for). It has been nearly a year since they started, and I am still here with an incomplete job. These men have proven that they have zero integrity.

They all worked but when I tripped our master bath jacuzzi tub I could not find the reset. Supercharged Electric sent a technician who arrived inside the 3-hour schedule window. Without something obvious like a broken pipe or physical evidence, finding a leak is a bit of an art really. Long story short; they are confident they can fix it and I am hiring them to do so. For now, I am thankful I found AEA Plumbing and look forward to working with them more closely.
