BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It was extremely difficult work to chisel out and remove my pop-ups (which were cemented in by the other company) and took 5 visits to completely fix all 19 pop-ups, but Nick had a great attitude and ensured me that he will get my pop-ups working correctly again. I honestly thought that it was hopeless to even try to get the pop-ups working correctly again but Nick pleasantly surprised me. The work was completed without disturbing the new PebbleTec finish. He never gave up on my pool and always seemed very happy to help with pride for his work. He treated my pool with professionalism and competence as if he was working on his own pool. I was referred to Amergency Services from my Mom since Nick is her pool guy and she was very happy with his weekly pool maintenance. A month later I was having problems with my sand filter and once again Nick came out immediately to fix the problem and was extremely knowledgeable and is reasonably priced. If anything happens to my pool or equipment, Nick will be the first person that I will contact for repair!

That is just not a gift we have been give. A two man team came out and did the job. I always take care of the first. They were great and professional. Couldn't beat the price. They also clean screens a well. What I really appreciate is that they were willing to come out and only do our second floor. He also let me clean the screens as they went. I am sure they would do a great job, but i had a painting company that had already damaged two of our screens so I was a little gun shy. I figured if they did good then maybe next time they could do the screens. They were very clear on pricing. They charge per glass pane. So if you have a slider that has two pieces of glass side by side that is counted as two. Do not fret, the pricing is great just call for a quote and do the math. I feel bad because the price was so good I should have rounded up the amount. I will take care of them next time. It is amazing how dirty our windows were, and we didn't even notice until after they were cleaned. It really brightened up the view. A few other people on our street decided to try them as well after seeing them work on our home and they had a good experience as well.
