We came from a vet who seemed like…read morethey were only in it for the money to a wonderful kind, caring, compassionate group of people. We see Dr Charlene and all of the praise in the world would never do her enough Justice. She is just absolutely the most amazing veterinarian I have ever had for my animals. She takes the time to lovingly care for each animal brought in to see her. She reviews everything with you and you are not made to feel guilty if you choose to go a different route than what she's thinking. She is very open to suggestions. Wayne Heights is also inexpensive compared to a lot of other vets. My cat just had lab tests done and she immediately called us with results. She spent several minutes on the phone with us explaining everything and talking about the best course of action but also listening to our concerns. Together we came up with a game plan. Not only is she kind and caring but so are the people who work in her office. Laurie (one on the secretaries who I usually deal with) has to be the sweetest and most caring person as well. She is always polite, courteous, kind and also caring. And Jax (sp?) Is also one in a million... Wayne Heights is number one in our book and we are blessed to have found after the other horrible experience we had with another vet.

The thing that most impressed me though, was that the vet was very careful to take into consideration what it would mean for our cat to have this lump (on her face) removed since it wasn't bothering her (just us). It is always great to find a vet who will put your animal's needs and best interest ahead of money. They probably could have told us that the thing needed a biopsy and removal for $10k and we would have done it, and I'm sure they know it. So I greatly appreciated the care and honesty of this vet. I will definitely be taking my little lady there for her next check up as well.

I will be loyal, just help me save this puppy. It is puppy, but they turned us away and so much higher with my themselves for a week and they walked them and paid them in all the fun stuff but they don't want to collect coin from us. That's good you put your faith in your humanity on the line for these people that really just wanna play with your animals or your life like who does that change to step up and take action? Lastly, Dr. B & Dr. K are impressive outside of their business professions too. I first met Dr. B. and his family when he helped out as a cubscout leader in the community. Dr. B & Dr. K give back to the community in many ways as well. It's no surprise I'm giving them a top rating as they earned it.

Airpark took great care of our ladies. Although they were inside kitties, our Vets understood, and did vaccinate for FEV because we had previously lost a young indoor cat to the disease - he'd picked it up while being boarded. Last year, when they started losing weight rather drastically (after one had been on a weight reducing diet for years), the Vets and Techs provided first rate care. As first one, then six months later the other were diagnosed with cancer, options for treatment were explained. While my Mom was quite literally dying of cancer 150 miles away, Dr. M. sat with me and talked with me about that and my sick cats for probably an hour... almost as if I was her patient. There was never a time when I felt that my cats were not a priority to the Vet staff, or the techs (they were seen by more than one Vet, although towards the end it was mostly Dr. M.) treating them. Staff took the time to love on my girls. Even as each reached the end, we all felt supported, and respect was given to my cats, and my family. When the time comes, we will definitely be back.

Everybody we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. There were some early hiccups with their booking system, but the level of courtesy and communication throughout alleviated any concerns we might have had. The waiting area was spacious -- very important when unfamiliar animals will be around each other -- and clean. The facilities were immaculate. Everything was so big and modern we did have a bit of fear of "sticker shock", but the price for a shot that lasts a year and an external exam was very reasonable and far below what we had been braced for. Knowing they have the capabilities for more encompassing diagnostic procedures if anything changes is also comforting. It's good to know where to turn if something goes wrong. Dr. Molly Potter was fun and friendly and did not pooh-pooh our concerns even when she quickly identified the likely nature as benign and normal, and let us know what further diagnostic steps were available to confirm this but did not attempt to upsell in the absence of any distress or alteration in behavior from our cat. I have never felt more at ease in the presence of a vet, or any medical professional for any species. The tech was also very friendly and efficient, and very good with our skittish little kittish. Special shout-out to Candice for reaching out the next day to let us know we could reach out with any follow-up questions or concerns.

All about money and not the compassion of the pet anymore. I saw another review mention fraudulent charges for fake appointments.... I've just not change vets from this summer but now definitely will from this but had I not been totally watching my credit card that I'd not even given them permission to ever keep on file and had no knowledge of, they were running charges on my credit card. I have screenshots of these and even spoke with the office manager about them. They were supposedly for "missed appointments" that I never made. They would run them through one day and if it didn't work, they would try it the next. $78.00 or $55.00. Sure, not huge amounts, but I didn't make appointments for my cat's I won't disclose what they said it was for. Their first response was, they'd only said Happy Birthday, to one of my other cats, which was true. Then the truth came out. "Well, sometimes we make appointments blah blah blah......"They were no different than someone stealing my card at a gas station. Yet, they tried to justify it. And now, here our animals are without the safety of good Dr. care. I miss Dr. Sollenburger. :-( Money grabbers, to say the least. Wondering when it will change hands again or just shutter its doors.
