History
Established in 1996.
The founder worked at Gamespot and CNET then started Thunk in 1996 to handle the growing need for strategic design, information architecture, and interactive prototyping needs.
Worked with eUniverse to prototype social network mySpace, tested new advertising technologies with AOL, pioneered online e-commerce models and micropayments, and continue to handle R&D needs for start-ups and fortune 500 companies who need vendors to work on "blue sky" ideas.
Main focus has been on driving new business and producing web applications that engage the audience.
Meet the Business Owner: James T.
Creative Director specializing in advertising, television, marketing and interactive communications. In 1996, founded Thunk, Inc. an interactive agency specializing in microsites, web strategies, and marketing campaigns for technology companies and consumer brands.
Achieved numerous awards from Macromedia, Communication Arts, Invision, and ID Magazine. Clients include Agency.com, AOL, British Airways, Cisco, Comverse, eBay/PayPal, Eddie Bauer, eMusic, Genentech, Healthline, M&M Mars, Old Navy, Proctor & Gamble, Shakers Vodka, Liberate Technologies, Seagate, and Wired.
Featured as one to watch in Communication Arts magazine and AltPick.com. He was on the board of directors at the AIGA, the professional association for design, for over 5 years and lead three local design exhibits that focused on the process of design across multiple disciplines.
