As far as an automatic car washes go, thundermist does a pretty good job. I do wish the drying cycle was longer. Your expectations have to be realistic for an automatic wash, it will never be as thorough as doing it by hand, but at least you can get the underside cleaned, and it does make your car smell fresh! read more

I just returned from trying to get my car washed. The machine took my credit card and said it was waiting approval. I waited and waited and nothing happened. I called the number and got a very rude response from the apparent owner. The machine needEd to be rebooted but he was having his lunch and couldn't get there. When he finished his lunch he would take care of the matter as I sat there not knowing if the card would be charged and not being able to enter the wash. He hung up on me because I was disturbing his lunch! I will never go there again! read more

This place ripped me off big time...12 dollar car wash and there was still dirt caked on the front of my car. Had a feeling it was going to be terrible as I was in it. Buyer beware and pick another establishment. Should ask for my money back. Seriously disappointing. read more

July 4 2018 went to car wash that had piece of metal brushing my car while going through the wash. Completely ruined my paint on my car with marks that the metal hit while brushing n cleaning . i told the owner and he said it wasnt dued to his piece of metal that was loose hitting my car. Said it was from rocks which it was not from rocks. He is a stubborn old man and i try to reason with him ,after he insulted me and called me stupid...He just wasn't having it. The problem is simple... his car wash damaged my paint job on my car and he needed to fix it. Point blank. he thinks im out to get his money. Clearly i am not because ive been done wrong by your faulty car wash. If your a true business man with integrity u would fix the Problem instead of shifting the blame on me. His car wash messed up my paint job dued to the hanging piece of metal. Its simple. All i got to say is karma ...what goes around Comes around. Im not gonna argue with a dumb unreasonable person he can crawl into a hole Because im not after your money paranoid old man. Do not go to this place people!!! Horrible!! Deplorable. i think im gonna hand wash my car from now on. Even if u do it at home its better than any car wash not just his crappy wash shop... Can I please have my $10 and 30 minutes I waited for this...car..rinse back? After waiting 30 minutes in line, I thought for sure it would do a decent if not amazing job. The bird poop all over my windshield was still all over my windshield once my car was finished being "washed." Also like other reviews mentioned, the drying process could be better as well. Super disappointed. Maybe the minimum wash, $10, should include foam soap? I feel ripped off. read more

This place is good for a quick wash if you just need to get your car cleaned quickly. That said, it can back up rather long. One time I waited 45 minutes to get my car washed, because I had folks behind me, otherwise I would have bailed. Also, it's worth it just got the $10 express wash, you get what you pay for, but it's a fair deal. Would recommend for a quick car wash. read more

This was probably one of the worst car washes ever! I strictly went there because I had taken my car onto the sand a couple days before and I wanted to wash my car and ESPECIALLY my tires! So i splurged and bought the most expensive wash there was, only to be highly dissatisfied. My tires were left completely dry without any signs of a tires scrub, there were still bugs on my windshield and car, I had to get out and scrub it myself with a towel. I looked for someone on premise but nobody was there, the wash is operated by machinery. Don't waste your money read more

Went for a late night vacuum, forgot some valuables (makeup, brushes, Nintendo 3DS games) in a large purse. Returned in the morning to discover the purse in the dumpster and all the items scattered and buried. It wasn't a bag of fast food we left behind, big $$$ difference and consideration would have been cared for and rewarded. read more

There are 2 wash bays and a handful of vacuum stations. I prefer the right touch type of automatic car washes versus the touch-less ones. The drying part could be a bit better. All in all, the prices are decent and its in a good location. read more

I took express wash and it was worth the amount and time it cost me, but can do better with drying process!

Best car wash around. This place really gets your car clean and its all automated. I have been to many that have attendants and they use the brush to clean the tires and bottom of your doors and they don't even compare to this place. The price to wash my SUV & Vac is less than $16.00. So reasonable. I will never go to another place but this one!!!!! Only a $1.00 for vac. This wash scratched my vehicle. Owner tried to blame me and say I was "off roading" - this is a lie and we both know it. The truck is brand new and had no scratches upon entering, was covered, full length, with deep scratches down both sides - too deep to buff out. Paint job is RUINED. I am extremely upset and even more upset with the owner's blatant negligence. Not a good deal at all! No care is taken too protect your vehicle, so I've been told!

I don't suggest using this car wash. I had been going here for years during the off season to get the winter salt off when I can't wash it by hand, with this car and all our other cars. Never had an issue until last night when the machine misread where my rear wheels were and put the wheel brush in the middle of my doors and scrubbed. It left some fairly good scratches / circular swirl marks. I can get them out with my buffer, not a huge ordeal but wanted to let the owner know so I gave him a call. The call started off ok but then he thought I was someone else that complained, which I wasn't which, and I let him know. With a poor attitude he said he wasn't going to repaint my car for a $14 wash, he wasn't going to handwash my car for $14 and he would be out of business if he had to do that. I NEVER asked him for a repaint, I NEVER even asked him to fix the swirls and I certainly didn't ask for "hand wash". I just wanted to let him know there was an issue so he could resolve it and it not harm anyone else's car. He then told me other customers has issues with this right side bay and if I wanted to keep using his car wash to use the left one. He had a very bad attitude and I will ever take any of my cars to him again, which I told him on the phone, he then said "Thank you for not coming back", wow...great customer service skills you have there. My wife who was listening to the phone call was very surprised as well as I was not giving this guy a hard time at all. So, be warned, if you have any issue with your car there, expect him to give you an attitude and not help you. read more

I went to get my ride a good cleaning and when I was in the wash a man came out and took the time to scrub off the front of my car to get the bugs off. When he was done he gave me a smile and a wave. Over all I would say that this place wins in quality and over all customer satisfaction. read more
