I've used this company for 4 years and they still don't even know my name. To add to it, my drone that was turned in is now missing a battery. The owner argued on the phone with me insisted it is my fault. They put words in my mouth and made me feel like I was in the wrong. A company should never do that to a customer. I think this company was once great and is now falling in quality. Will be looking for a new repair group immediately. Sad... very sad.
