Nicole at the front desk was especially helpful and provided excellent customer service. I recently had a root canal done the week prior and came in to see Dr. Akinwande Kolade for a core buildup in preparation for my crown. She and her hygienist took very good care of me and made sure everything was done properly. She carefully prepared the tooth for the crown and placed a temporary while I wait to return in 2-3 weeks for the permanent crown. The procedure took about an hour, which is understandable given the work involved. Even though I had to keep my mouth open for a while, Dr. Kolade and her team remained professional, patient, and attentive throughout the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Akinwande Kolade and her office to others.

No Seriously! :)) Starting from the front desk as a walk in patient , it was a really easy and smooth process , filled the required documents and by the time I finished I was called in the doctor room , she listened carefully to my problem and then started the X rays with the help of the technician - easy process- then the doctor told me it's a ROOT CANAL! It wasn't the words I want to hear and that was really scary for me! The doctor started with the anesthesia shot and made sure I have no feeling at the required part and then started the work. I was allowed to listen to my music - remember I was still nervous - and all of sudden I heard the word DONE ! :)) I was like , Done?? Where is the pain?? Where is the screaming part I should do?? Lol I went again for another filing and that time I was pretty sure of how easy and smooth is the process! Very clean clinic, very nice staff and the doctors their are so sweet and kind, they will understand your fears and will work on it with you! Premium work really and now I eat and drink normally on my teeth! I don't live close by that area at all but really for the good dentist I'd drive any distance and you too should do the same! ;)

My first visit there was a survey to fill out, which was great if going to the dentist actually freaked me out (which it doesn't) and I am sure it's helpful for his team making sure clients/patients have a positive experience. This past year Dr. Abdeen helped me get started with invisilign, and I am loving how straight my teeth are! When I first got invisilign he helped me or talked me through when my mouth or teeth felt weird. It took some getting used to, and he didn't mind when I called and asked questions and made sure to schedule me a slot of time if I wanted to stop in and have him take a look. My teeth feel clean when I have my semi annual cleanings, anything that needs to have an eye kept on it he makes note of, and then checks when I am back 6 months later. One dentist redid a bonding but it looked so terrible I to go elsewhere to get it redone. The office management kept spamming me to make an appointment but then the only availability five months out. They also recently started pushing more unnecessary services, which is expected but still irritating. I will give them credit for not lying about having cavities, which has happened at other dental practices. It is hard to find a good dentist in this area and until a year ago I loved my experiences with this practice. But sadly this is no longer the case and I can't recommend this dental practice.

I must say out of all the medical appointments I have and had in my lifetime, dental appointments were the hardest for me until Dr. Watts became my dentist. He makes visiting the dentist very easy because he is gentle and patient. After he greets you and makes you comfortable, Dr. Watts will provide information about the dental work he is performing before, during and after the procedure. At least 10 years ago, I went to sleep in his chair and I was so embarrassed. He said it was okay. It happens. I have never fallen asleep in a dental chair no matter how tired I was. I was also too tensed to even relax before I started going to Dr. Watts. Another example, whenever I needed a shot for numbing, I did not feel that needle going deeply into my jaws and he also got it right the first time. This was a rare experience for me. Last, today, I got a crown and he informed me I had one before departing to see his next patient. I asked the front desk if I needed to return for the crown. They went to consult him about the crown. I already had the crown. I am so happy about the smoothness of this crown that I had to write this review. I am so happy that Dr. Watts is my dentist and I don't have to dread going to the dentist anymore.
