Upon my first call, Megan was wonderful. She answered any questions I had and if she didn't T know the answer, she was quick to find it and get back to me. Making an appointment for them to come out and look at my residence was fast and easy. I thought I would have to wait a while, but it was less than a week. Steve came out and assessed my residence. He took time to explain options and what he thought might be the best fit. I received an estimate within the same day and immediately called for an appointment. I got an appointment within two weeks. The two guys, Robert and Jake, that came out were professional and polite. I was prepared to have to clean up as I knew they would have to make holes to run wire. There was very little cleanup as they cleaned up as they worked. After the work was done, I thought I had an issue and called right away. Robert came out the same day and all was good. The whole process was a great experience. I would recommend Thomas Miller Electric again and again. I am grateful to my friend for recommending them.

Posted the project on Yelp and Will responded the same day, came out later that day, and got it replaced. Done and done. I had put all the info (project, address, etc) on Yelp, but all the other companies that responded wanted to "schedule a consultation" (for what?). Will was the *only* one who just responded immediately with a reasonable quote. At the house, Will was quick, polite, and seemed like a nice guy. Now I'm thinking of any other long-overdue electrical projects that I can have him take a look at.

We contacted them first thing the following day. They were supposed to return between 5-8pm that day to correct it. They did not come nor did they call & communicate they weren't coming. WECALLED THEM and they told us it would have to be the following day, same time. Again the following day no show. No call. WE CALLED AGAIN and they rescheduled to come the next day. Again no show, no call. This morning the outside temp got down to 30 degrees. We are without air or heat. 3 DAYS and they still did not correct the issue. They were called by our warranty provider this morning and they promised to contact us within that hour. We have passed that hour and no call. We have never been treated so unprofessionally by a service company EVER. This is beyond unacceptable. It completely contradicts what their About statement online claims- "It is G&G Service Group's goal to uphold an unmatched standard of customer satisfaction. Our motto is "if the customer is not completely satisfied that the job is not complete". The comfort of your home is our #1 goal. G&G Service group aims for perfection on every repair, new installation, and customer interaction." Our experience with G and G Services so far is quite the opposite of that statement and is ABSOLUTELY ABOMINABLE SERVICE !!!

I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.
