He indicated what the problem could be and went on his merry way. Never said when or if he would come out to fix it. Five days later our house was still at 85° and I was fed up. I called someone else for an emergency fix. They came by and said the issue was because things were wired incorrectly and the motor that was put in was NOT the right motor and that we would need to have the motor replaced AGAIN before winter! I contacted FES to request a refund of the money paid to him because the work done by his company didn't fix anything. He has refused to refund my money, and I will be suing him in small claims court!
