The entire team is non-responsive and everything takes ridiculously long. From contract signing to getting the system fully operational took well over a year. They claim that is normal, but everybody I ever talked to had their system installed in about half that time. The only thing they are good at is covering up for each other and coming up with excuses. A year after completion one of our panels broke. In the contract they claim to have a highly responsive service department and fast turnaround times on warranty claims, but that is a total lie. They are again completely non-responsive. A month after starting the warranty claim we are still nowhere. Given how dishonest this company is, likely all or most of the positive reviews are fake and made up by the company itself in the time they spend not responding to their customers. All the negative reviews echo my experience and it is highly unlikely that they randomly choose to provide excellent service to some and dismal service to others with no middle ground. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

Than if you are lucky to have someone to come out, they charge you and than they say we don't have the part so they have to order it than they will charge you again to come out. It will take them months to get the part and come back out, meanwhile, the system is down. I had another house in a different state and that company was always on top of things and didn't double charge me. If I made a call they would come out within a week and take care of the issue without any headaches. I would stay as far away from this company unless you want headaches. Even with the BBB they have bad reviews and always come up with excuses. They would even sometimes come out, say something was broken than when they would come out months later another technician would say there was nothing wrong with that part and actually something else was the problem. One time when they came out and said it was my battery inverter and the technician was messing with it and luckily I was home because the next morning it caught fire. When I informed them what had happened no one called to apologize or even offered to come out and check it out.
