He told us when his crew was available. We had hopped around and no other fence company could match Bernard's price. The price and date of the repair was perfect, so we signed and paid half the agreed upon price. He called us and asked if his crew could come a day earlier! Of course! The the crew showed up on time, they were all very friendly and professional. They worked very efficiently and the work looked better than we imagined it would! All of the communication was great! I was renovating a bathroom for my tenants who live in South Beach. I was living in MA at the time…read moreso had to hire people I looked up online. First, I thought I would put in a tub but that required permitting and the owner did not want to do that. So I eventually paid to return the tub I ordered and only needed a vanity put in and shower doors hung which I had purchased from Home Depot (along with the vanity and bathtub) with my tenants when I was visiting Miami. He asked my tenants to pay for a light to go over mirror and painting the vanity wall which he never completed, or barely started. Turns out my tenants had incredible water leaking out of the shower doors as he had hung them the wrong way (inside out or outside in). When I spoked to him he denied that they were hung wrong and said he would come back and use caulking because the track to the shower doors was uneven and that was the problem. My tenants also told me that he went to the bathroom and left the door open while the wife was working right in the apartment all day. Turns out I had to pay another person to reverse the shower doors and there was no leakage whatsoever and no uneven track. As I said, he bought pain but barely started painting the wall where the vanity was. He never came back and both me and my tenants called several times. He also wanted a photo of me and kept asking when I would come back to Miami so he could see me. I would in no way ever hire this man or this company. It has been almost a year until I could write this because I have had major health issues and enormous amounts of work that were a priority but am doing so now. I wrote a review on his site and he replied that my tenants called him racist slurs (they are very progressive and I know that is not true) as the excuse as to why he did not finish job. Sorry that I don't have photos but I wasn't there in person. I have been ripped off by workers so often in Miami Beach and am just starting to speak up when I need to. I would give less than one star. Buyer beware!!!

And Shauna arranged property marking, installation and permit inspection. They are like an orchestra of top-notch musicians. I'm beyond impressed. Brian is easy-going and smart. He was organized and presented options to us so we could maximize the waterview portion of our backyard and block our neighbors' view from the rest of the space. He was detail-oriented to help us consider gate types, layout and City requirements (like fence height). The price was right and totally worth it. Juan is smart - period. We just had the floor around our pool extended and he had to consider how to best install the fence. He did a great job and it looks great! There wasn't one piece of trash or installation debris in the backyard. And the fence line is straight - unlike our neighbor's new fence. (Our neighbor's fence also failed initial inspection because it was too high and they had to buy sod to stick under the fence bottom to pass inspection - our fence passed inspection without any need to make modifications or add sod.) Shauna has her stuff together and she's very nice. I want to hug her. She cares about the business and it shows. She made sure her company and its employees were accountable. She drove the project to a timely, successful completion. I could not ask for more. We talked to A LOT of fence companies and I believe we hired the BEST. Other fence companies only give you warranty if you hang a sign with their name on your fence - what kind of BS is that? I spoke to one fence company owner who was trying to find a home for metal sheets. And then there was the guy who answered the phone and then gave me a hard time because he was eating lunch - I swear to you. One company had a sample on display at the Home Show but didn't know what it was, what it cost or when they'd get more. Just bizarre. Atanda is a ROCK STAR compared to these companies. Now that I did the work for you, you can start with the best and forego the drama of dealing with their competitors!
