I paid $325 via Zelle for what was supposed to be a proper repair of my garage door safety sensors…read more Unfortunately, the work was not completed correctly. The sensor wires were not properly repaired; instead, they were poorly spliced. The chain on the garage door opener was also not adjusted as needed. Additionally, I was told the system was lubricated, but there was no visible evidence that this was done. After noticing these issues, I called the company twice to follow up. On both occasions, I spoke with the receptionist, who was polite and assured me that someone would get back to me. Despite these promises, I never received a return call or any follow-up. I am active-duty military and typically handle most home repairs myself. Because I was preparing to leave for several weeks, I relied on a highly rated company to provide professional service and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
