I…read morewent back to the store less than three years later to show the manager/owner that the wool had come off on the drivers side where the seat belt hits and told him that the piece of skin patched into that side of the seat cover was very thin and the other skins, though not as thin as that piece, on both seat covers weren't the same quality, as the store display sample. He told me that the wool was missing from the seat belt rubbing on it. He didn't bother to feel the piece of skin, how thin it was and insisted that I got the same quality sheep skin that was on the display seat covers; that's not true. His behavior was callous and indifferent. I ordered black and after two and a half years later, they turned to blue-black. The sheep skin seat covers that I had prior and bought from Toyota, lasted 20 years, no wool missing, though they turned blue-black after 15 years. I won't be returning to that store.

From the moment I asked a simple question, he (Fritznel) was huffing and puffing, acting like I was a burden just for needing help. There was zero effort to provide good service, let alone go above and beyond. No smile, no greeting, no attempt to be helpful. Just attitude and frustration for no reason. I felt completely unwelcome and dismissed. I don't expect red carpet treatment, but I do expect respect and professionalism, especially in a customer-facing role. Based on this experience, I will never return to this location again. There are plenty of other auto stores that understand what real customer service looks like. Do better.

I went to the store and when asking giving the part number, David said "oh, so your miss ___" and started to talk down to me. He said that the parts online match what's in store and I can check the connector online. I told him what happened previously and he did not respond to me but turned to my boyfriend and addressed him kindly. The part was luckily correct but when David went to check for it, it was in the wrong spot and he could not find it. He continued to speak down to me with no response from me. He said "I don't want this girl to be angry" multiple times. I ignored him, payed and while leaving I was told "I'm glad you're finally happy this time." Again, I have not said anything since he came back with the part. David was extremely respectful to my boyfriend and answered all his questions but was hostile with me. I was nice on the phone and can only think that he has a problem with women. This was an awful experience that will sit with me every time I enter an AutoZone.
