These were in addition to the regular but delicious English cucumber finger sandwiches, chicken salad with apricot jam and white raisins sandwiches and scone. When you see the tray don't let it fool you as the food on it is filling and paired with a pot of one of the many tea flavors or a pink hit chocolate if you're not a tea drinker it is delicious. I just wish that I could replicate the flavor in the sandwiches that Sarah makes fresh every day. I had to travel from Ohio to Massachusetts for a family member but my son took me here for my birthday and it was a relaxing break to have a peaceful tea which you can't get at any other tea house. I looked in Ohio and nothing can compare to Fancy That !! There are times when you just need to have a quiet tea break without having children yelling or running around in a regular restaurant . I have seen that when I have gone out before and the parents ignore their behavior. Thank you Sarah and Brad for providing the perfect English tea experience. By the way Fancy That is so beautifully decorated that I told Sarah that I would love to live in this pink wonderland.

I did buy some earrings, and I made sure to not make it seem like I was shoplifting them. (You know when you're not doing something wrong but you still don't want to be accused as if you are?) I'm shocked to read about people having issues bringing kids in here. We brought our 3 year old and she was behaved but she did was most kids do... looked at things, took toys off the shelf to carry them, etc. (We made sure she didn't run in the store or go by the glass items.. and anything she took that was we weren't buying, we made sure to put back!) ... it's hard enough being in a store with a toddler, I would be livid if someone treated us the way previous reviewers had experienced :( but we didn't have an issue, thankfully. The best part was meeting Tyler, a disabled young man in a wheelchair who must be the son/grandson of one of the employees. Our 3 year old hasn't been around many people with disabilities but we fully support her treating them like she would anyone else.. she was very excited to say hi to him & he told her he liked her shoes.
