Drive thru... Coffee... I'm not talking about America... I'm talking about right in our very own Dublin! Awesome converted industrial container transformed into an awesome drive thru coffee hub... Place order in one window, collect on the next and I'm not talking about watered down nonsense, whatever your coffee of choice, so mine was a flat white and it was lovely, perfect blend of coffee and milk, great temperature... No corners cut! I like it, brave move but I think their onto a really good thing here and as long as they don't let the coffee standards drop when a queue builds up, I reckon we'll see a sister opening up somewhere else in Dublin

This is such a good idea. It is also so close to my place is makes it the best idea ever. And the coffee is really good. I haven't tried any treats, which is weird. I shall sort that out soon and report. The place is so cute even though it's basically a shipping container on a pub parking. There are plant everywhere and the staff is really friendly. A nice break when you are stuck in traffic in Dundrum road.

Drive thru coffee. What more can you want? Maybe drive thru decaf coffee??? Yup I'm one of those..... So I settled for the hot chocolate which was a touch on the sweet side for my tasting. Cakes looked yummy but trying to be good.... Please bring in some decaf. I'll visit all the time if you do!

Great coffee, friendly staff and the donuts are delightful. It's also a five minute walk from my flat. Perfect.

I love having brunch here. I always get the bacon and pancakes and coffee for 8.50€. Once again…read morespace is at a premium. But they do offer patio seating. They serve Java republic coffee which is turning into be my favorite. The servers are always friendly and efficient. The place is consistently packed which is a good sign. I have not had dinner here for a long time. So I cannot comment on that. Will update my review when that happens.

Howards Way has been on the to-do list for a long time... I mean, a VERY long time (since I lived…read morebeside the original one in Rathgar when I was a broke student). More recently the Gra* to try was only heightened by seeing the queues of people patiently waiting to get into the Churchtown branch every Sunday morning as I passed on the way to do the weekly shop. This Sunday we got our chance, plans in the morning had changed which meant we were late leaving the house and were in need of a late lunch, the queue outside the café was small as we passed, I saw our chance and went for it. After only 15 mins we were seated, a comfortable table by the window and menus in hand. The menu has Q written all over it - chicken wings, open sandwiches, steaks.... Seriously... Q all over it! I ordered the all-day breakfast, junior the wings and fries and wifey had a pasta dish. Overall the grub was OK... it was all cooked perfectly and lookd great, it tasted OK too... but that's all, just OK. The quality of the ingredients wasn't what it should have been, it was surprising given how popular the place is. I'm glad we got to try the restaurant but no, won't be returning. *Irish for heart but also means to want passionately

Just about to head to the nearby library for a study session? Well before you hit the books hit…read morethis cafe just around the corner. It is open from 8.30am and serves breakfast until 12pm. Famished? Fill up on the full Irish or Monster Breakfast and don't worry if you are a vegetarian as they have a veggie breakfast just for you too! The lunch menu is served from 12pm and a bowl of yummy home made soup and healthy brown bread can be yours for as little as €4, very manageable on even the tightest of student budgets! But this place is not only for the studious, with good senior citizens' specials and better than average children's menu it is great for the whole family. The place is only newly open so inside is really fresh and bright and clean with an oh too tempting sweets display! The home made, freshly baked apple and cinnamon scones go too well with the delicious Carmello Lattes! So why not sink in to the leather sofa and relax with a 1/4 bottle of their red or white wines and a slice of gluten free raspberry roulade (my personal favourite, well, it is tied with the rhubarb and strawberry crumble with cream) and let the lovely proprietor Eileen take good care of you! The last two times I was there were school days and it was packed with high school boys and girls from the two nearby schools, but once their lunch time is over, about 1.30pm, it clears out pretty quickly!
