Whether it's this mall or Woodbridge, "East Meets West" is a fun store to visit. I generally go here to get incense but they have so much more than that. Their other offerings include various Hamsas you can hang up, crystals, rocks, sage kits, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, charms, dream catchers and more. It doesn't matter if you believe in the various spiritual beliefs represented by this store, some of this stuff is just pretty decor. The store is basically a rectangle with shelves and islands in the middle. The cashier is off to the right in the middle. The cashier I dealt with was super friendly and I saw her helping the customer before me with a great deal of patience. This store used to be on the first floor, but they moved up to the second floor and as part of that move they upgraded the decor a bit. There's a fun neon sign at the entrance and a gigantic dream catcher hangs in one window with other items. Before you even walk in the store front seems to promise a unique store experience in a mall mostly dominated by department stores and clothing shops. I wound up getting some "short" incense that were nicely priced (20 for $5 I believe). I also bought a sticker for $2. "East Meets West" is a classic part of the mall experience and I definitely recommend dropping by!

The beds were perfect, however on the outdoor set Ii made the mistake of ordering the red cussions instead of the white like my wife wanted. I contacted the company directly and they were more than happy to sell me at second set of cussions. I kept the red ones also as the shipping was too high to return them, but thats the price of getting things delivered to your door while you are sitting on your couch. Over all I'm very happy with their products and services, im not sure what the complaints of poor customer service are about, they treated me very well. I am now looking into buying a wall mounted fire place they are selling.

And since they are a third party seller, Amazon offers no customer service whatsoever to get this resolved. I would have to pay to ship it back to them which would cost more than the mattress itself. This company is scamming people. I would never buy anything from them again. This was their response: "I do apologize we are not able to assist with this return. If you would like to return, please feel free to do so with any carrier of your choice. Please provide us with the return tracking number and at that time we can issue your refund on the order." There are silver candlesticks, and there are $5 keychains. There are lovely seder plates, and there are meat/dairy stickers for your kosher kitchen. Jewelry and kiddush cups. Books and stuffed toy Torahs. The tacky and the exquisite, cheek by jowl. If you are a woman looking for a tallit (prayer shawl), you've hit the jackpot. Apparently, the owner commissions some of them of his own design, and they are lovely and unique. Most are not cheap, but there is a range of prices. They are kept behind the register, and trying them on can mean the better part of an afternoon. The patient and kindly sales help have a trying-on system to help you decide. Bring the soon-to-be bat mitzvah girl, and she will feel like a (pious) princess. Totally worth the commute for the right gift. Our stunning 72" electric fireplace was less than a year old (months ago) when it stopped working…read moreand we were not able to turn it on. Contacted Ignis and did not answer phone or respond. Filled out warranty info properly and submitted. No response. Hired an attorney who sent letter to contact us. No response. Attorney sent certified letter requesting they contact us and provide name of someone who could service the fireplace and help determine what was wrong. No response. This all in the past 8 weeks. After changing batteries in remote numerous times within days, we noticed the light would remain red and shortly their after would not go on. We came to a conclusion that we had a defective remote. However, could not find a replacement and Ignis ignored us. After research, located someone with an Ignis electric FP and they let us borrow their remote to see if it worked on our FP. We are thrilled that it worked and we took a photo as a reminder that TODAY it turned on. Returned remote to owner and are now praying that we can locate one somewhere or that Ignis will step up to the place and replace our defective one.

Their wide collection of crystals are incredible, they even have the authentic moldavite, I have been looking for it everywhere. The prices were reasonable. Definitely will be getting crystals from here only.
