I have been a patient at Dr. Sherbondy's office for years now and would give more than 5 stars, if I could! I've seen Dr. Sherbondy before, but Keith Turner, PA has been my primary provider for the last several years and has helped me figure out what works for me medication wise in a safe, comfortable, and knowledgeable health care setting. This has been a fluid process and I'm very grateful to the whole office for being willing to change/add/drop medications as my needs have changed, pharmacies as my insurance/ job has changed, and addressed any communication issues or questions I had in a timely and patient manner. I'm very blessed to have such great mental healthcare. I am a provider myself and feel better knowing that my own mental healthcare is in safe hands. thanks!

Forum Health used to be Wellness by Design and I went to them back then for BHRT. I found that…read moretheir pricing for that was astronomical after realizing my OBGyn did it for a fraction of the cost and worked to get it processed with insurance. Forum Health does not deal with insurance and they continue to charge very high rates for services. I reached out this time around for chelation therapy as she was the only one in the area that did it and the price was the same as friends of mine who do it in Florida. Connie recommended 20 sessions but I insisted on only doing 10 sessions and do labs to see progress. Each appointment was preceded with a text telling you to arrive 15 minutes early which I did only to sit in the waiting area (with no one else there) for 20-30 minutes each and every time. This was annoying since I was usually the first appointment of the day and I needed to get back to work. At one appointment, I was there all morning. They set the drip too slow and I had to literally walk the IV pole out into the hallway to ask them to let go because I was finished. The first day she required you to have a consult session with her to which she charges about $300. In that session, she reiterated what we were going to do which was already explained and discussed in the "free consult". So, that was a waste of time. She then proceeded to upsell other products and talk about BHRT to which I was not interested and I told her that was not why I was there and that I was working with someone else to get this done. Weeks had passed and I had to ask for the lab results as they did not proactively give them to me. I was also more than halfway through the treatments when they told me I was required to have another consult with Connie to go over the lab results. That was another $300 and, again, she proceeded to upsell me products and other services. I reminded her that I was working with someone else and not interested. I was very annoyed at this point because it seemed like I was paying her for a sales pitch each time she "required" me to meet with her. I had 9 of the 10 treatments when I got covid and couldn't make my 10th one. They made me sign paperwork that agreed that the 10th treatment expired the day after my last appointment. They made sure that all of my appointments were within that timeframe. So, due to being ill, I didn't show up at the last appointment. They texted and called after that and I just ignored them at this point because I was not interested in working with them anymore based on my experience. They did catch me on the phone 3 weeks after the last dose supposedly expires to schedule the last treatment. She told me the last dose didn't expire until the following week. I told her that I was done and wouldn't be coming back at this point. The office staff is generally friendly but they move at their own pace for sure. There's no sense of urgency unless they want money and that is evident when they come into your room, hand you a bill, and tell you to pay it before you leave that day. As far as I'm concerned, not much has changed with their ways here and she definitely charges a premium. Definitely shop around before committing to anything they do. I'm sure you will find what you are looking for at a much lower rate.

I'm writing this review out of genuine concern, not anger…read more I recently tried to help my grandmother access psychiatric care through iTrust Wellness. She is an older adult currently dealing with serious mental health challenges, including paranoia about her personal information being accessed online. She is also not tech-savvy and is in no condition to navigate online forms or self-referral systems on her own. I called simply to schedule an appointment for her. I was not asking for medical information, diagnoses, or records. I was told--repeatedly--that due to HIPAA, I could not schedule the appointment and that everything had to be done online through a self-referral form. This was extremely distressing, given her condition. What was most concerning is that even after her primary care physician's office called directly, the response was the same: go online, fill out the form. There was no attempt to problem-solve, offer accommodations, or meet her where she is. This left me wondering: how many elderly or vulnerable patients are unable to get care simply because they can't use the internet or are afraid to? Mental health care should be accessible, especially for seniors. Compassion and flexibility matter just as much as policies. Unfortunately, this experience felt rigid and impersonal at a time when care and understanding were desperately needed. I truly hope iTrust Wellness reconsiders how it supports older adults and families trying to help them.

What I greatly appreciate about PPT is the 60-minute one-on-one treatment. Your therapist does not share the time you are there with anyone but YOU! After months of waiting for the clinic to open , I finally requested that my daughter be discharged from services. We were originally promised a start date of April 1st. That date was pushed to the end of April, then the beginning of May, then May 15th, then the end of May, then June 1st, then June 8th, and now we're being told they don't even have their final inspection until June 10th. Throughout this entire process, communication has been extremely poor, and we were often left chasing updates ourselves. Our experience with therapy was equally disappointing. Our therapist rarely engaged with my daughter, and I constantly had to ask for interaction and participation. She sat on her phone 99% of the time Even after concerns were brought to the attention of leadership, little changed. At one point, I was told that sometimes they don't hire the best people. There were also incidents that raised serious concerns about supervision and professionalism. My child has occasional aggression, and a therapist physically pushed her back during an interaction. Another time, while under supervision for all of 5 minutes, my daughter was allowed to color all over walls with a Sharpie. On top of this, there was incidents of elopement at her after school center where they just watched it happen. The therapist was not approaching or engaging or trying to correct dangerous behavior. She was calling her manager and messaging with her on teams and playing on her phone instead of saving my child from a dangerous main road. I called the afterschool center and asked them to please step in and guide my child to safety. My child was actually discharged from the afterschool center because they said they want nothing to do with the how the therapy center handled that day. I understand that staffing shortages and growing pains happen, but families seeking ABA services deserve consistency, communication, and qualified staff. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If you're looking for meaningful therapy and progress for your child, I would strongly encourage you to thoroughly research all of your options before choosing The Buddy Center. This was our personal experience, and others may have had different ones, but I felt it was important to share.
